Pretty good for the price
Day 1 is pretty good, had a flip that the hinge mechanism failed so I have this for a few months until I’m sure for an upgrade. So far, is not bad. I pretty much just look at reels on IG, light games, and some e books. So far it’s done all of it flawlessly. I’m sure the small memory capacity would affect someone that plays a lot of modern phone games. For its value so far it’s pretty good. Looks brand new. I use t mobile, so I just threw in my old 5G SIM and everything transferred over.If I notice anything over the months I have it I’ll update this review.

This is not a great phone. I use my phone for delivery and gig work so I wanted something newer and more reliable than my 5T from 2017. I wanted something with a good camera and good connection ability so when I found this one and saw the low price, I looked up reviews to make sure it was decent enough. This 2021 phone was actually worse than my 6 year old phone. I’d frequently lose service while in stores where my older 4g wouldn’t lose connection. My apps would frequently crash or freeze and if I’d even switch apps for just a few seconds then go back, the page would reset and I’d lose my place or it’d log me out. This affected my work and caused me to lose a lot of money due to the poor connection and slow os. The camera isn’t that great either. I was also sent a Samsung charger with this phone, for some reason. It also made my OnePlus Buds Z2 sound like the audio was coming out of a tin can if I ever took one ear bud out and it’d sometimes even sound like that momentarily with both in. So weird. I don’t like giving one star reviews because surely things can’t be completely all bad but I don’t think there was anything positive about this phone. I don’t think I’d even keep this if I didn’t need it for work because of how slow it is. Now I understand why it’s so cheap.

Great phone Poor Packaging.
I was lucky to have found this phone as mine dropped and broke the screen. Exact duplicate of mine and an aside, the packaging wasn’t good,but with a quick trip to TMobile store across the street they got the card out for me. It wasn’t until I went home and dispose of the box the pin was in there loose.

It’s a great phone this is my second one first one lasted a little over 5 years just got slow sound is real good never had problems with the battery and easy to open with face and fingerprint sensor still have the old one use it to listen to music would buy again

Sounds and volume
Upon setting up my renewed nord one plus 200 phone, I attempted to make and or send messages and to my dismay the volume or sound notifications are non functioning. I cannot send VM or receive calls as the ring tone is non existent. Further I am not able to use my personal SIM card as the phone is locked. I am disappointed with this order and will attempt to return it for credit.

64GB of internal storage won’t get you far these days
The wonderful thing about this phone, is that it comes with a fairly clean copy of android. Some manufacturers customize Android to offer a bunch of features that are pretty useless, that tends to complicate the operating system, slow things down and cause issues down the road.The phone does come with some bloatware installed, but since only comes with 64 GB of storage, there won’t be much left for you to install your apps, so I suggest you remove or disable the bloatware.I did manage to add a 264GB SD card and configure it to work as internal storage, but but it ended up being a hassle setting it up. OnePlus purposely makes it difficult for users to set up SD cards as internal storage that can be used to increase the measly 64GB of INTERNAL storage the phone comes with. Out of the box, the SD card slot can only be used for EXTERNAL storage for pictures, videos, music, …Also, you can’t really change the settings for the camera, the phone takes very large pictures which are so large that you can’t attach them to emails. The only way to deal with that is to install a 3rd party camera app. The hardware can take pictures of different sizes but the app that comes with the phone doesn’t allow you to change the size. I’ve never had to install a 3rd party camera app on any phone I’ve owned, but I installed one on this phone and am very satisfied with the result.That said, if you know what you are doing, you can upgrade the phone and it can end up being a real bargain. Many phones no longer come with SD card slots, and this one does. I’m currently using this phone with 256 GB of internal memory, and using a third party camera app that allows me to take reasonable pictures. I’ve been using it now for about 6 months and I think it’s awesome.
