Comprehensive and solution focused
I found this book both empathetic and focused on problem solving which I really liked. It expertly covers the elements of the problem and how best to dominate it.As a practicing hypnotherapist I would have liked to see more ways on how to temper the subconscious when dealing with the problem and I hope the author will soon write further on how best to do so.

Print too light!
Haven’t read the book and it’s entirety yet but so far it’s very informational. The print in the book is so light I can hardly see the words. I don’t wear glasses and I do not have bad eyesight. Print needs to be darker!

I have read a few books related to panic attacks and fear, however this one stood out to me for a couple of reasons; mainly the simplistic yet detailed explanations the author provides, along with the practical solutions he gives. They are delivered in such a manner that is not too overwhelming to consume. As someone who has experienced panic attacks I really resonated with this book and look forward to implementing these practical skills. The breakdown and differentiation of different types of disorders are very useful to learn about. I appreciate that even though the author comes from a medial background, he promotes a lot of conservative treatments approaches which are evidence based. Definitely recommend to anyone suffering with panic attacks, fear or is trying to support a friend or family member that is.
