It’s worth more than it costs, I’m very satisfied
I finally received the long-awaited computer, and it has been fantastic to use for a week, It’s lightweight and portable, with a stylish appearance. Its speed is incredibly fast, and it boots up, shuts down, and launches software quickly, The screen is clear, the colors are accurate, and it’s comfortable to watch videos on, The battery life is durable, and it can easily last a whole day when taken out, the keyboard feels good to type on, making typing very comfortable, I am extremely satisfied.

Portable power for returning to college
I’m a returning college student and I’ve been using this laptop for a few weeks now—it’s been solid for school stuff. It handles web browsing, Google Docs, and video calls without lagging. The screen is super clear and bright, which helps when I’m working on assignments or watching videos. I like that it boots up fast and doesn’t freeze when I have a few tabs open.The battery lasts through most of my school day, which is great because I don’t always have access to a charger. It’s light enough to carry in my backpack without feeling bulky. The keyboard feels comfortable for typing essays and taking notes. This Phatom DGBook is sleek, durable and well made. It comes with great packaging keeping it safe and secure so it arrived in excellent condition. The Laptop is 15.6inches making it a nice and easy to travel with or store. It’s really great for browsing the internet or watching videos. You don’t want to have too many windows open at once so that it runs at its optimum performance. The DGBook isn’t super fast but it’s good speed for what I need. Its really a simple setup and the guide is filled with useful information, shortcuts, hockey’s, etc. It’s easy to connect to the wifi too. It has good sound quality and plenty of storage. I am satisfied with this purchase. It’s a decent laptop at a decent price.

Great price point
I am absolutely thrilled with this laptop. I bought it for basic work and travel, so I was shopping in the entry-level category. My biggest worry with any budget laptop was hitting a storage wall, as they often come with smaller drives.This laptop is the answer. For everyday tasks—web browsing, Microsoft Office, and streaming—it’s fast and responsive. But the best part is the easily accessible, expandable storage.I was able to add another drive in less than 10 minutes, and I am not a tech expert. There was an empty to unscrew panel to get access to add extra storage. I’ve been dying to try a steam game that I hadn’t played in ages and it works flawless on this computer.It takes all the anxiety out of buying a budget laptop. I don’t have to worry about it being obsolete in a year. The screen is bright, the battery life is solid, and I now have a ton of storage. It’s the best of both worlds: a low price upfront with a fantastic upgrade path. Highly, highly recommend!

Solid buy and sensible
This was exactly what I was looking for my price point. I can stream and browse with no problems, I’m not going to be playing pro level Call of duty and expect a miracle. It’s specifically an entry level for specific needs. In my past experience with “faster” laptops (higher-end processors 8GB of RAM) was frustrating. They would inevitably slow to a crawl, lag, and rely heavily on startup memory once the RAM limit was hit. This laptop avoids this problem bc I know what it’s built for and not wasting my money. I haven’t been able to put the battery to the test but a battery is a battery eventually they all need help. No complaints HD looks good. I would recommend a mouse never liked buttons built into the corner of the track pad. Lighter and sturdier than expected. Charging cord could be longer but that’s not a huge deal.

Broken Laptop keyboard & Screen
When I opened the box and took the laptop out I could hear rattling inside the keyboard. I turned on the laptop only to find that the screen was blue with a lot of computer coding on it and the keyboard doesn’t work
