These probiotics work the best for me. They help with my gut health and my feminine health. They don’t have a weird after taste and they are easy to swallow and don’t have any weird side effects. This probiotic has helped regulate my bowel movements and is gentle on the tummy, which is great for us with a tendency for sensitivity to new supplements. I’ve been taking this probiotic for a few months (6+) and I immediately notice a difference in my gut health/regularity when I pause use (I like to give my body a break from supplements for a reset and to keep effectiveness high).

As I mentioned earlier, give it a try. If you stick with it, you’ll notice satisfying changes in your body. I won’t keep it a secret that it helps with dieting. The four stars are taken off by one because of the high price.

Works well for older people!
I tried this product as it has similar ingredients to another product sold with a diet complex I tried a few months ago. This product works every bit as well as that one at a fraction of the cost. I do experience some gas, but that isn’t often or even daily and depends on what I eat. I highly recommend it to those with slow gastric motility and constipation. I now enjoy almost daily movements and an increase in general well being.
