Perfect headset! I WFH and it has been great so far. Good sound quality, comfortable, battery life is good. I wish I would have bought it sooner.

    Do not waste your money
I chose to buy these for work. The Team version with the stand, since I bought them I’ve had nothing but issues. I really wanted to like them, but they’re not worth it unfortunately. The connectivity clicks in and out during calls. My customers cannot hear me. Noise Cancelling? Absolutely not lol. They can hear anything on them. It would be a great product if it actually did what it said it would do. I purchased these 04/30/24. My issues began 06/24 conveniently after the 30 day window. I had to keep them and here I am in August still struggling. I wish someone would have told me not to buy them. So I’m just here to help someone else who doesn’t have the money to lose like I did.

A bit bulky, but excellent quality for the price point
I use this daily for MS Teams calls at least 2-3 hours a day, often more. I was prepared to buy one that costs three times as much but now I don’t think I need to. Sound is excellent and even when there are loud background noises in my environment, my colleagues don’t hear those—they only hear me. It’s comfortable enough to wear all day (and I often do, so that I don’t miss chat and email alerts or impromptu calls from my colleagues). Occasionally I push the microphone up while eating or drinking. I discovered accidentally that this pretty much mutes my mic so no one can hear me until I bring the mic back down.Connectivity is flawless when using the included USB dongle. I also have it connected to my cell phone via Bluetooth and that connection is far less reliable—however, that’s not the main purpose I bought it for, so that’s ok.One last observation is that while this fits my smaller than average head wonderfully, I can see how it might be less comfortable for someone with a large head. If your head is average or smaller, this is a fantastic budget option for a daily-use video call headset.

Sounds great, battery sucks but update 8.13
Update: I’m back. About a week or so later. Increase the rating from 2-starts to 3-stars. I’ve used this headset nearly exclusively connected to the usbc receiver and batter has been great. I guess the first day I should have kept it on the charger and waited to use the next day. I’ve used the headset for an entire 8 hour shift with no battery issues. Still finished the day on high battery. I charge it about every other day or for an hour or so after work just to make sure it’s fully ready to go. So, why the 4-stars? Noise cancellation. It’s pretty good, but not what I expected based on some reviews. Noise is muffled, during meetings my voice is heard clearly but some noise can be heard in the background. Not enough for others to know what is on or going on in the background but they can tell something is on. In my experience, if you have a toddler and they are close to the mix or yelling the toddler will be heard. I haven’t had any complaints at the moment. Please note my experience is in a work/meeting settings. I had no issues connecting to my iPhone, but I purchased these headphones specifically for work. Hope this helps!Prior review:Received my headset, Poly Voyager 4310 UC, and was exited to try out since my Airpods pro 2 have been spotty during MS Team meetings. Headset was easy to setup and connect to my work laptop and iPhone. Sound was great, headset was comfortable although could have a greater adjustment range. Blocked out sound well, but I wouldn’t say 100%. I WFH and have a toddler. Times when my toddler was heard I was told it sounded faint and couldn’t really make out what the sound was unless the mic was really close. Teams integration is awesome and super handy. Being able to mute from the mic, and click the Team button to interact with Teams was clutch. Headset is comfortable and feels like good quality.Unfortunately, there are two deal breaker issues for me. One, battery life sucked. Headset came charged for “6” hrs of talk time. After an hour of use headset notified me that the battery was low. About 10 minutes after that they died and disconnected. Which leads me to the other sucky part – charging. I charged these things for 4 whole hours, only to get another hour or so of talk time after being told the headset was 100% charged. I don’t mind it taking a while to charge if I’ll get the advertised “24 hours”, or at the least a standard 8 hr shift use. But for an hour of talk time…nah I’m good.I tested this headset connected via the dongle and Bluetooth. Slightly longer performance with the dongle, but man. I was so annoyed I still ended up using my AirPods most of the day.To be as far as possible, I’m going to try again tomorrow and see what happens. I’ll update this post with my experience, and I will be returning ASAP if poor battery performance continues.

    Love this headset!
This headset is top notch. It fits well and is easy to set up and use. The battery life and range in which you can travel from the charging base is fantastic. I feel like the fencing technology could work a little better or the fence parameter should be extended a little more. If i am on the other side of the room from the doorbell it comes through clearly to the person on the other end. In the video I watched, the other end couldn’t hear a blender that was much closer to the folks with the headset than I was to the doorbell chime box. Otherwise, I love it and it works great!

It is not very friendly to people with thick hair or big heads. It will make you dizzy and swollen. After using it for more than 5 hours, I felt that my head was very uncomfortable. I praise the quality of the product, which is always unparalleled. But it is not suitable for me.

I’ve had two of these, and the microphone quality just seems to be very limited compared to wired (and a lot cheaper) counterparts. The wireless works well and good range, and the battery lasts a very long time; sound quality is also great. But microphone? Seems to be at fault for me, not sure why! Other microphones work well, but this model does not. At first I thought it was a faulty device, and I had it returned and a new one sent… but the second is the same … so I will return and go for a different model.
