Excellent Sound, Comfort, and Reliability for Work and Calls
I’ve been using the Poly Voyager 4320 UC Wireless Headset for a few months now, and it’s one of the best headsets I’ve owned for office, remote work and meetings. The setup was effortless — it connected to my PC with the included USB-C/USB-A adapter and to my phone via Bluetooth in seconds.The sound quality is crystal clear on both ends, and the noise-canceling mic really makes a difference on calls. Colleagues say my voice sounds sharp and professional even when there’s background noise. The ear cushions are soft, lightweight, and comfortable enough for all-day wear.Battery life is impressive, and the charging stand is a great addition — it keeps the headset organized and always ready. Incredible !!!
I’ve been using this headset for 2 days now and I’m already really impressed. The sound quality is super clear, and the noise-canceling mic blocks out background noise better than I expected. It was super easy to connect to both my laptop and phone, and the charging stand is a nice touch—it looks clean on my desk. It’s also very lightweight and comfortable, even during long Zoom calls. One of the best headsets for the money without being heavy and cumbersome
This is an amazing headset. Great quality. Great noise reduction. Good for making business calls and knowing you have a quality headset for it. Soft on the ears and fits well. Good range to walk around the house where I used it. Very clear sound.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
I first ordered this headset and then had to get a replacement because the 1st one never arrived. I ended up returning the replacement because my brother purchased it for me as a gift. I only had it for 8 months when the mic just stopped working. It messed up my whole work system to where i couldn’t make call outs for up to a week. Even when i would be on calls, people would tell me there was too much noise around that they couldn’t hear me. I work from home and take care of my 3 year old as well. The mic is not as noise canceling as it is described. Do not recommend for the price, there are other headsets that work better and for a fraction of the price

Very Nice Headset
While you can connect these headsets to your computer via Bluetooth, they also come with a dongle which makes connecting (and staying connected) a snap. Charging cradle is nice – will automatically answer a Teams call when you pick them up from the cradle.Pros: Good sound quality. Great functionality. Lightweight. Comfortable.Cons: Noise cancelling isn’t a great as you’d expect, given everything else. They still pick up a good bit of background noise that the party on the other end can hear.

Good, not great wireless headset
I bought the previous Plantronics version for my home office setup. That one is 5 stars. When I started going back to the office and got a new laptop without a headphone jack, I bought this one for my office setup to replace my wired headset.The Bluetooth works great with my laptop and phone I also ended up with one USB port on my laptop, so using the dongle want super convenient, but that works well too.The sound is clear and background noise doesn’t come through for folks I’m talking to.The cradle is great. Battery life is fantastic! I like that the headset answers calls when I turn it on.The only reason I docked it a star is that if I’m on calls more than a few hours a day, my ears ache. I do not have that problem with the previous Plantronics version, which is very comfy. I will likely swap my home and work headsets as I now spend more time at the office. If you can find a refurbished Plantronics version, buy that instead.

Only lasted a year
The headset was easy to use and connected to my computer using the dongle with ease. I had a good range and sound. Battery life was great as I work a12 hour shift and there were no issues. After almost a year the mute wasn’t working all the time and then the headset has now quit working entirely. Now I need to find a new headset but I’m afraid if I get another one of these it will die.

The padded ear cushions provide a comfortable experience for longer periods of use The headset controls are easy to use. This unit comes with a rechargeable base and you can also use as a wired headset while it charges. Impressive headset for professional use.
