Robust little charger that affords max versatility
I love this thing. I frequently catch my iWatch draining of power downstairs while my charger stand is upstairs and so I end up letting it drain out. Now I have this portable charger in a coffee table drawer and I can charge while I’m watching TV. You hit one button, the arc lights, and when you nestle the watch it charges pretty quickly (approximately 1% per minute).I’ll use this out of home for long days away. It’s a little heavy for a keychain but as a rarity on a day when you know you’ll need a booster charge, you can’t beat it. I absolutely love the functionality and versatility it gives me in caring for my watch charge.I charged once and it had plenty more juice to go again, which is indicated by the waning of light out of the arc on the surface.It charges itself by USB-C in the bottom.

Working well so far and I find it a useful thing to have around
For me, this isn’t particularly necessary as I have so many ways already to charge my Apple Watch and I’m pretty good at keeping up with charging it, but I still find it handy to have a little thing that I can toss in a bag or leave in my van or whatever to be able to charge my Watch on the rare occasion I forget to before leaving the house.With a lot of no-name or “alphabet soup” third party products it can be really difficult to know what you’re getting and, more often than not, the products are really bad, but I decided to take the chance on this one and I am pleasantly surprised by how nice a job they did. The battery pack feels good in hand, it’s a good, manageable size with enough capacity that you don’t have to worry about topping it off all the time, and the charging interface for the Watch actually holds the Watch well enough to get a good rate of charge.I think this is a decent product at a fair price point and I’d get it again. Several people in my family are Apple Watch users and some of them are bad about keeping up with charging their Watches, so I think it’s a great thing for them too.I have a couple of minor issues, but they aren’t enough to drop the star rating. First is that I’m slightly disappointed that the USB-C port isn’t bi-directional. It wouldn’t have added much to the cost to be able to use it as a universal backup battery for my iPhone and Watch and would have given me the freedom of just the one small battery pack to carry when I need just a little extra until I can get home. I’m also not sure how long the little loop will last, but it feels like that’s a weak point. It would also be nice to have a cover over the charging pad.
