Strong flavor good energy
I got this for my wearhouse shifts. The powder is really sweet for my old age so I do about half a scoop with half a scoop of super reds in a 32 oz bottle and it’s still enough to get me though my shift and a couple of hours of gaming before I go to bed after my shift.

Not overly impressed
Not overly impressed, upon first receiving they sent the wrong tropical punch flavor. Then I got the right flavor and wasn’t impressed with much of an energy boost without having to mix 2 instead of the recommended 1 and at that rate they become to expensive. To be honest I feel like the liquid bottles of stacker from the dollar general did just as much.

I haven’t taken pre-workout since January , 2025. All these months I used energy drinks for my workouts but after a while my body got used to it so I decided to get back on pre-workout. This is a budget friendly pre-workout and at first I was skeptical of the caffeine intake being 169mg being that I’m used to 200mg caffeine from energy drinks.I think this powder mixes well with 8oz water and there’s no funny or chalky aftertaste (at least for me). Lastly, I was plateauing with my barbell RDL’s at 185 lbs and I drank this 15 minutes before I got to the gym… I was able to PR 225 lbs.
