I experienced Extreme dizziness
I felt a little obligated to come back and leave a review for this since my experience could truly help someone else. Within approximately a few hours of taking the recommended dosage on the Keto BHB, I felt some dizziness. Since this occurred in the morning I shrugged it off as very usual tiredness. The next day a few hours after taking the pills, I had a very bizarre feeling of dizziness as my office actually felt like it was slowly spinning. Fortunately I was sitting, so I waiting until that feeling passed… then I went a drank a lot of water. I essentially knew the feeling was related to these Keto BHB, the only other time I felt anything close to that dizziness was on the TimeMachine/Tornado ride at the amusement park. I recalled that I had taken a few vitamins/supplement earlier that morning .. so I planned to try another day without consuming anything else expect food, water and the 2 Keto BHB pills. >> The next day was worse! I got so dizzy that a I had to hold onto doorways and lean against the walls to make it to the bathroom, this time I felt sick as well, I held onto the sink with one hand and drank from the facet which I hate, (I only drink purified water).
