This steering wheel is pretty decent for not having force feedback i like it!
I have a couple pxn steering wheels one that is direct drive and another one similar to this v9 gen2 wheel but both ony came with 2 pedals and doesn’t come with a shifter, So when i saw this one comes with pedals that has a clutch pedal and also a 6 speed gear shift i wanted to give it a try.when i got it it was easy to setup like other pxn wheels which all that is needed to do is plug all the usb type C cables in the back and plug the usb type A on my pc and it was detected, Then afterwards all i had to do is configured all the binds in my racing games and everything was working great. The wheel feels pretty good for having no force feedback cause the vibration motors on each side of the wheel is strong when you have it on max so you do get pretty decent feedback of the roads you driving on and how the cars feels.Main 2 things i got this for was for the 6 speed shifter and the 3 pedals cause as i said my other 2 wheels does not a shifter and just have a gas and brake pedal and the nice thing about pxn wheels you can use everything with all their wheels which i tried it with my pxn v10 ultra direct drive wheel and both was detected by the wheel and they worked perfect! And while both of them is made out of plastic they still have good build quality in my opinion the pedals while they don’t have any adjustments and all 3 pedals has the same amount of pressure when push down they still feel good to me and is fully useable compare to my other pedals, And then the 6 speed shifter i really do love it which has a nice feed back and noise when moving it into each gear and while being smooth and i like the reverse function were you need to push it down and move it into 6 speed while also having 2 extra buttons which is great for trucking games.Everything on this wheel functions perfect and i had no issues with it, And for not being a force feedback wheel as i said it did surprised me how well the vibration motors works on it and it has a nice feel with the rubber coating it has on the wheel, And the pedals and gear shifter they also work perfect which was the main things i wanted this wheel for so i can use it with all my pxn wheels and now i have a 3rd one which i will use this one on another pc that will be setup mainly for trucking sims, And for $179 in my opinion it’s a good value cause you do get pedals with a clutch pedal and also a nice six speed shifter and i really like using my phone with the app that you can change every setting on it. So i do recommend this wheel if you don’t mind having no force feedback and a simple setup so it does get a big thumbs up from me i like it👍

A LOT of FUN to use – don’t care for the gear shift design
This racing wheel set is easy to use and a lot of fun. I am using mine on an Xbox Series X primarily with Forza Motorsport. The controllers come with clamps for placement that i recommend using. It allows you to get the best experience from the week. I use a small fold out table to clamp to. The clamps are very secure. I’ve never had an issue with anything moving during play. The set up is easy to get going but there are a lot of cords it connects with. The Xbox controller has to connect to it as well. It gets its power directly from the Xbox, hence another cord. It would be nice if it had its own power source but not a deal breaker. All inputs are very reactive. When the batteries in the connected Xbox controller get low, connection issues can happen. I use the paddle shifters way more than the gear shift. The gear shift’s design isn’t ideal for quick shifting so it is easy to miss your gear slot. I’ve had a V10 in the past and the gear shift design on that model was superior to this one. Overall, the racing wheel set is good quality and really fun to use.

Budget friendly racing game immersion and control
The V9 GEN2 PXN PC Steering Wheel is a well-rounded and complete setup for anyone who enjoys racing games on PC. I feel like it’s designed primarily for computer use, but there is some limited console compatibility. Yet, my understanding is that it’s not supported on the PS5. That wasn’t a dealbreaker for me since my main use is on PC, where setup couldn’t have been easier. It’s a simple plug-and-play experience through USB. It recognized it instantly in a racing game and it was ready to go without much configuration.In terms of performance, the steering wheel delivers a solid and immersive feel. While it doesn’t feature force feedback, the resistance and control still feel realistic enough to enhance the driving experience. There are vibration motors that help enhance the experience but it’s not much different than vibration on your mobile phone. I also found that it can have a bit of potential steering drift early on, but it can be resolved in software and it hasn’t been a recurring problem.The build quality feels good for the price point, and the setup adds a real sense of engagement and fun to any racing game. Compared to higher-end systems, this model is definitely more budget-friendly but still manages to provide an authentic and enjoyable racing experience.Overall, if you’re looking for an affordable, easy-to-use wheel that significantly boosts immersion for PC racing games, I feel like the V9 GEN2 PXN is a great choice.
