Excellent Product!
This is a repeat order for quite awhile now. One of the best magnesium supplements. Good price and good quantity also. Will continue to use it for preventing leg cramps at night and to relax for sleeping. Two tablets do the trick in the evening and occasionally three. Will help with a smooth time in the bathroom the next morning also.

Helps keep from getting up in the middle of the night
Perfect and solved a problem I didn’t even know was solvable. As a perimenopausal woman, I notice taking these helps me with not need to get up and pee in the middle of the night. After taking these for about 4 nights in a row, the difference is night and day. When I forget to take them I notice a big difference.

I used to get tremendous night time leg cramps and was told it was because of a lack of magnesium in my body. To try and solve this problem I started taking an item called cramp defense. While this seemed to help it was also pretty expensive. So after talking with my primary and hearing what the possible problem was I switched to this Qunal Magnesium product and found it worked as well as the CD, but was a lot less costly. I’ve since started a subscription buy every few months and couldn’t be happier. Yes the pills are a little larger than I like but all and all for the price, and results I don’t think you can find a better solution for body cramps.

I like to use this product to help me sleep better at night. Magnesium has been proven beneficial for sleep deprivation and I have found that to be true so I have been sleeping much better since I started using this product and I am waking up much more refreshed,
