One of the Best Purchases I’ve Ever Made
Awesome chair. I’ve had this chair for months now and I although I originally enjoyed it, I expected some of the novelty to wear off, but I still use it almost every day and consider it to be one of the best purchases that I’ve ever made. I compared at least 20 different models before purchasing and was overwhelmed with the options, there were many more expensive ones to chose from and some with more options, but I finally chose one and made the purchase on Amazon because of the ability to try it with a 30-day guarantee. I wish there was more massage action on the calves, but air pillows are great, and the 6 massage pre-settings are awesome, as are the tilt, time and heat settings. It provides so much comfort and pain relief and has probably saved me more than the cost of the chair in what I would have spent in massage, chiropractic and acupuncture sessions following a stress injury to my lower back over the period of several months. And it provides an amazing feeling of care and comfort in addition to the pain relief aspect, especially on days where I am sore from working out, or just experiencing general body aches and pains, or need a very nice relaxing massage to help sleep. It has a great neck massage, and seems to have specific settings to address each area of the back with perfect pressure. And the sleep setting will leave the chair tilted in zero-G mode after the timer runs out, for a great nap. The reassurance of knowing that I have this chair available and on demand has really exceeded the purchase cost. I wish I had invested in one of these 20 years ago. The quality of this one is superior and I am very happy with this purchase.You have already voted this -
Great chair within this price range
We waited a year to review and are loving the chair. Husband and I bought it as an anniversary gift, best idea ever. Both of us are upper 30’s and nearing the 200 lb.After a great deal of searching and debating we are happy to have chosen this one. It has several good features and gives a good massage, while still being fairly cheap. I did notice the first couple times it hurt and I was worried, but as my muscles loosen (and I adjusted the massage width closer to my spine; no longer giving my scapula’s the beat down) I was in massage heaven. I climb in the chair with a blanket and my small dog loves to sit on my lap while I drift into massage land.We keep it in our main room so it has been well used by our family of 5, along with family and friends who visit. It has become completely normal to walk in and see a neighbor kid chillin in the massage chair.I have loved the app for when I want a more specific areas and use it regularly.You have already voted this -

The chair works well and reasonable priced. The chair is smaller that I expected but works well for me, im 5 9, 200 lbs. I would think 6’1 would be the max height for this chair. As others say the foot rollers are hard but thats the way I like it. Works the neck, upper back and lower body very well. The lower back is decent just would prefer more pressure. Comes put together and once out of box can be easily moved. Not noisy, for the price its pretty sturdy. Adjustments work well and the levels all are nice. My favorite is manual at the strongest level. Over all its a good chair which I will be using daily. So far, our Real Relax 2025 Massage Chair Full Body, Zero Gravity SL-Track Shiatsu Massage Recliner with Heat, APP Control, Child Lock, Body Scan, Bluetooth, Foot Roller, and Favor 06 in Blue has been a fantastic product. My wife and I use it every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times a day. Its reliability has been excellent so far. We had a customer service issue with a scratched panel, but my new panel was shipped immediately, and I replaced it easily. Everything you need at a great price / Great Customer Support
I have been searching for a good quality massage chair with the right functions and good service all in one. This chair has all the amenities that I need without going way overboard and making it too complicated to use but still very customizable to my likings. I am 6ft and 220lbs with broad shoulders and like my massages deep tissue. This chair having the full SL track allows for a full body massage and goes deep with the 5 adjustable levels for strength on the massage. My wife and two daughters are both just over 5 foot and petite and they like it lighter and this chair fits them as well. The head pillow can be removed for a deeper neck massage or moved down lower for more padding for the smaller person as more padding. The chair has a very nice look in any room of the house and the large touchscreen makes it easy to operate as well as the shortcut controls and phone app. This is very reasonably priced and I suffer from lower back pain and sciatica and using this daily has helped tremendously. Great fit, easy to use, and good customer support line as they are very attentive. I only had to contact them to activate my warranty, but they literally answered within the same hour and I asked multiple questions back and forth and they were quick to respond. Chair is very quiet and is even comfortable to sit in without being used for a massage as it has good support.The only idea I have to make it better for me is to have the back panel have lighted as I like to dim the lights when having a massage, but that is an easy fix.Best investment I have made in a long time and I have been researching these for over a year.You have already voted this -
Not impressed
Had to return this chair as it is way too aggressive. My husband’s old injury (lower broken spine) could not put up with the massage rollers (with chair’s setting at the lowest massage level) the chair ended up leaving visible bruising. After he complained, I tried the chair and I too could not put up with the aggressive massage rollers – I too being left with a bruised tailbone. We are not large people; my husband is 5’8″ and I am 5’2″. The chair itself is very uncomfortable lacking supporting padding. When running it is very noisy, and the hand remote and monitor was very confusing.You have already voted this
