I wanted to share something useful for anyone new to wrist blood pressure monitors. These devices measure your blood pressure by detecting the changes in the arteries near your wrist. Because this artery is smaller and farther from the heart than the upper arm, your posture plays a huge role in getting an accurate reading.That’s why it’s so important **not** to wear it like a wristwatch. The monitor must sit on the **inner side of your wrist**, with your **palm facing upward**. And most importantly, your **wrist must stay level with your heart**. If it’s too high or too low, gravity affects the blood flow and the reading won’t be accurate.Once I used the correct measuring position, my results matched very closely with my arm-type monitor. The device itself works great — you just need to follow the proper technique.Very satisfied so far. This is a solid product if you use it the right way.

This wrist blood pressure monitor works very well, but the key is using the correct measuring posture. If you wear it like a wristwatch on the back of your wrist, the readings will be off — that’s the most common mistake people make.For accurate results, make sure the cuff is on the inside of your wrist with your palm facing up, and keep your wrist at the same level as your heart during the entire measurement. Once I followed these steps, the readings were consistent and matched closely with my upper arm monitor.If you use it correctly, this device is fast, convenient, and very reliable. Highly recommend!
