I tried it on highest settings, it sure can squeeze and do a deep massage on size 12 feet.
After use my feet actually feel kind of bruised on the bottom to the point where I won’t be able to use the machine again for a week at least, I used the max setting and it really squeezes your foot to get a deep massage, I usually like really strong massages to get the blood flowing and I was looking for something specifically for reflexology as I know that is the greatest benefit and was happy to see their marketing advertise it as most other machines do not. It has only one massage type which I would have liked more options but it seems like it really focuses on the bottom of the heel and the center of the foot the most, I don’t think it really touches the toes I’m size 12 foot, I would have liked it to massage the sides and the top of the foot but I don’t think any machine will do that that I’ve come across. The air pressure is used to push your foot downwards onto the massager part and it can get pretty intense. I used the machine like 4 times the first day I got it and my feet literally feel bruised and hurt on the bottoms, most reflexology people say if it hurts then those are your organs for those points that are not healthy, and after massaging over time it can be healed. I know my stomach specifically isn’t doing that great and I looked at the chart they posted and it seems like that point is what hurts on my foot, so maybe after a few days I’ll use the machine again and hopefully that pain will go away. The heat is good as well at one point it felt like hot rocks touching my foot, when I used it on max setting, I also tried sticking my hand in the machine to use it like that and it will actually massage your hand don’t think it’s officially supported but the airbag will squeeze your hand onto the massager was kinda scary because man can this thing squeeze when you put it on high. My only wish is for it to have multiple massage types and to do the top of the foot, otherwise it’s a very easy to use and good machine.

This foot massager has becomes a part of my daily routine! It’s a relaxing way to end the day. I’ve used this every day for about two weeks now. Here are some things to note:PROS:-I ran a half marathon last week and this was the most incredible recovery tool!!! My feet, which had been swollen and sore, felt revitalized after a day or two (quick for a post-race run!)-The knead and air intensity is, well, intense! I’m the type of person who like to be pretty much in pain during a massage, so the fact that I rarely put it on the highest settings for both kneading and air says something good, for sure.-I love that the cloth footbed cover is removable and washable. So clever, and it makes me confident I can keep this hygienic especially if friends want to use it.-Set up and use are super easy. Plug into a wall and hit power—it’s good to go!-I can move it to different rooms in my house easily. It’s bulky but light, if that makes sense.-You can adjust your feet easily to target the areas you need! For example, after my race, I was able to adjust my feet so it’d target my arches, heels, etc.A FEW OPPORTUNITIES FOR IMPROVEMENT:-My feet are a woman’s 7.5, and so, while I’m sure larger-footed folks love the roominess of the massager, I wish there was a version specifically for feet my size! The first time I used it, the roominess bothered me; then, I figured out how to position my feet to make it work best for me (not with my heels all the way back)-The heat feature is amazing, but it takes a solid 10 minutes for it to really get toasty. I’ve remedied this by turning it on and letting it run for 10 minutes before I plan on using it.-This is nit-picky, but if you want it to run for 30 minutes, a small blue light lights up on the machine. As I’ve incorporated this into my nightly routine, I wish there wasn’t any blue-colored light!-The sounds level is…fine. There is noise when it’s doing it’s thing. I’ve gotten used to it, but just note it’s by no means silent.Overall: I highly recommend!

Love this machine! It definitely hits all the right spots, although I wish the pressure setting had more range. The highest is just too high (squeezes too tightly), a medium high would be awesome.

Je travaille toute la semaine en escarpins (type hôtesse de l’air) car je travaille dans un palace ou marcher est constant . le week-end, je cours environ 20 km.Je raffole de la réflexologie plantaire mais je trouve que ce n’est pas pratique car il faut prendre rdv et cela dure environs 30 mn.Cet appareil, qui est certes un peu bruyant (comme un ronronnement) remplit toutes mes exigences : le niveau fort est très efficace et même quelques heures après, je sens que toute ma circulation sanguine a été réactivée car je sens les effets dans mes pieds et mes jambes longtemps après )Après une longue journée, je me sens tellement détendue et relaxée que je m’endors bien mieux et je sens même un effet plus bé,bénéfique sur mes organes (digestion, circulation).J’ai même eu ma sensation d’avoir les jambes plus légères, voire même de courir plus vite (mais ça, je ne sais pas si cela a un rapport).Je l’ai reçu LUNDI et depuis, je m’accorde entre 15 mn ou 30 mn CHAQUE JOUR,Je crois ne plus pouvoir m’en passer !! Cet hiver, je rajouterai l’option chauffage.

Servizio di Amazon eccellente come sempre. L’imballo è ben fatto e trasmette una sensazione di qualità, si capisce subito che non ci si trova davanti ad un giocattolo. All’interno troverete semplicemente il prodotto, l’alimentatore ed il foglio di istruzioni, non serve altro. Il massaggiatore è solido, ben fatto e curato esteticamente. I comandi sono intuitivi ed a sfioramento. L’opzione selezionata resta illuminata in rosso. Ben curata anche la fodera lavabile che avvolge il piede durante il massaggio, si può rimuovere semplicemente tramite una cerniera. Sono selezionabili due durate del massaggio, 15 oppure 30 minuti. Si può attivare la funzione di riscaldamento, che funziona bene ma forse è più piacevole da utilizzare durante l’inverno. Gli altri due comandi riguardano l’intensità del massaggio e l’intensità con cui i cuscinetti d’aria avvolgono e stringono il piede durante il massaggio, la combinazione delle azioni dei cuscinetti d’aria e dei rulli che massaggiando la pianta è davvero ben fatta. Il massaggio è piacevole e mai doloroso, anche impostando tutti sul livello più forte. All’interno è presente un piccolo compressore, se ne avverte chiaramente il rumore durante l’utilizzo ma non risulta essere invadente. Certamente un po’ di spazio lo occupa, tutto meritato però. Avevo provato altri massaggiatori ma questo è davvero di un livello superiore. Naturalmente essendo la posizione dei rulli fissa si potrebbero avere sensazioni diverse a seoncda della lunghezza del piede, magari se avete un 36 riceverete un massaggio anche alle dita dei piedi, se avete un 46 le dita resteranno non coinvolte dai rulli. Vale tutti i soldi che costa, straconsigliato!
