More affordable for a ‘PRO’ remote control
Easy set-up, my FireTV cube (3rd Gen) recognized this as ‘Alexa Voice Remote PRO’. All buttons are working including the 2 optional buttons. What else can i say. For $7.99, it’s more affordable than the original ‘Alexa Voice Remote Pro’ replacement 😉**UPDATE**After nearly 2 months of use, buttons are now barely responsive….have to press hard multiple times for it to work. I’ll go back to original Amazon remote.

Bad product, bad vendor
Remote worked initially, paired OK but then began working intermittently and finally stopped functioning.This is the second such remote that I ordered (from different vendors) in identical packaging that exhibited the same problem. I returned the first remote for a refund but this time I contacted the vendor and he offered to initiate a refund but never followed through so I am now returning the present remote to Amazon as well. It is now abundantly clear that some unscrupulous manufacturer in China dumped a bunch of bad remotes to various Amazon vendors in hopes that at least some of them wouldn’t be returned within Amazon’s 30 day return policy. Some of these Amazon vendors (as the present one) are also guilty by promising a refund outside of Amazon but never following through. Beware this product and vendor as both are not worthy of your trust.
