This is compact and fits great into a trunk of a car for emergencies, camping, boating etc. There are instructions to use each item and additional space for simple band aids. High quality sterile items. A must have for outdoorsmen.

Excellent IFAK kit
Package is compact enough to fit under/behind a seat in a vehicle, or tucked away in a cupboard. If you’re storing it with other items needed for emergencies, it won’t add very much weight to it. Overall, for the money it is a great kit to have and should cover most scenarios until emergency services arrive.

Great quality and components, but not chest seals or gloves..
TLDR: One of the few, best off the shelf emergency medical kits I have found. Quality components (different experience than another review). But, NO CHEST SEAL. significant issue IMO, but can’t ignore the rest of the kit. Dusclaimer: I am not a first responder who might use the items in the kit on a regular basis and would thus have a better reference on the specific durability of the components beyond practice and training. Generally good quality for the price, for what I received. The bag is good quality and durable fabric. The zippers are pretty smooth and tend to not catch. Multiple varieties of attachment to various items; molle, detachable clip strap, and top carry handle. I haven’t noticed any stitching or other quality issues. Unlike another review, the tourniquet was seemingly a CAT certified tourniquet, and the sheers appear the same as the photos, and are at least not bad. Not as good as higher quality sheers, but good for more than a couple uses, unlike some cheaper sheers. My biggest complaint is that this kit doesn’t have a chest seal. The quick-guide medical instruction booklet that included with the kit even contains the step-by-step on how to use a chest seal. It has all the other components referenced in the booklet, but not a chest seal. I had to add my own separate chest seal, and there was even room for it to fit.Overall good product and components, but lacking chest seal.

SizeIf you are looking for something small to wear on-body for just trauma, this is a little too big. This is more of a trauma plus first aid kit with just about everything you need for most common emergencies. I would consider this more of a kit to keep in a vehicle or possibly secured to the outside of a backpack.PouchThe pouch itself has a molle panel with hook & loop that allows you to tear away the pouch when needed. There is also a buckle to secure it. Simply unbuckle and rip the pouch off. Very easy.OrganizationEverything comes packaged correctly and organized to not fall out when you open the pouch. Even the smaller items like band-aids and burn gel have their own flip out pocket with a zipper to keep things from spilling out. I was impressed that it was so organized upon first use. The clamshell style opening allows you to see the trauma items at a glance.AdditionalI really like the included first aid guide and TCCC Card. In a stressful situation where this may be used by someone untrained, having simple directions to follow could save a life!ValueAs much as this includes along with the rip off pouch, I don’t think you could do much better in terms of money spent. There are a lot of small things included such as a mini marker and medical tape that you will find do not come in other kits and you would have to source independently. Those little costs add up over time.

Great Emergency Trauma/First Aid Kit
Nicely stocked for virtually every medical emergency… Large bleeding gaping wound bandage, broken bone splint, mouth guards for mouth-to-mouth recessation, sterile gloves, gauze bandages, medical tape, alcohol wipes, etc. I keep mine in my car. It is compact in size, and can easily attach to a backpack, or be worn as a fanny pack.
