A must reason for anyone who needs to understand what resilience truly is and is not. Particularly “Control the Controllable; and Accept the Rest.”- Rule #4 is my favorite. While it may sound familiar, Valerie places it in a new way of living. I am so glad that I not o ly have this book but a signed copy.
