Microphone Did NOT Work When Wireless and Slight Buzzing Sound
I had been looking for some time for a budget-friendly wireless headset, primarily for use on the Xbox Series-X. For anyone that has been looking for a wireless Xbox headset, they know the options are limited, especially budget-friendly options. I came across this product and read the mostly positive reviews. Once there was an enticing sale came across my notifications, I had to jump on it.The headset arrived and I excitedly opened the box and started to put it together per the instructions that came in the box. The instructions were somewhat confusing and seemed to contradict itself at times in terms of the order of operations. However, I was able to put everything together and was happy to finally have a functioning wireless headset. However, this did not come to fruition. While the headset itself seemed to work and sound was coming through it, the microphone DID NOT work whatsoever when being used as a wireless headset. I then plugged the headset directly into my Xbox controller to see if the mic worked that way, which it did, but this only made the problem more glaring that it could not be used as a wireless headset, which this product was intended to be used as. When I went back to wireless, the mic still did not work. Additionally, a slight buzzing sound could be heard through the left side of the headset when in use as a wireless or wired headset.For the above reasons, I had no choice but to return the product. Hopefully, this was simply a unique mechanical issue and others don’t suffer the same fate. I have seen the numerous positive reviews and hope those are true and honest depictions of the product. But I felt it was right to provide an honest review of my experience with this product.

Desde que los abrí se notan bien hechos, con buen peso y un material que se siente resistente, no de esos que parecen que se van a partir por nada. El sonido está durísimo y claro, con buenos graves y sin distorsión aunque los subas un poco. Para juegos se siente todo, hasta los pasos, y eso ayuda bastante cuando uno está concentrado.El micrófono también me sorprendió, porque recoge la voz limpia y sin ruido, así que me escuchan bien cuando estoy hablando. Otra cosa que me encantó es que se conectan enseguida y no dan pelea, nada de estar apagando y prendiendo mil veces. La batería igual dura mucho yo puedo usarlos varias horas sin preocuparme de estar cargándolos a cada rato.En cuanto a comodidad, mis respetos: las almohadillas son suaves y no aprietan la cabeza, así que uno puede jugar o escuchar música tranquilo. En general me han funcionado de maravilla, así que por el precio y la calidad, para mí están más que recomendados.

Good sound, comfortable, but mic didn’t work
The headphones themselves are great, the sound quaility and surround sound is incredible for the price point so if you only want headphones for gaming then this is great. However, I wanted a headset so I could talk on voice channels but the mic didn’t work right for me and my teammates said they could hear an echo constantly so I haven’t been able to use the mic. Not to mention it is pretty clunky but they are comfortable so it’s a trade off.

Bad connections
It’s a headset I guess. The problem is I can’t get it to work on my pc. It’s either the headset works and the microphone doesn’t or vice-versa. On console I have to join and leave chat multiple times because it won’t let me use the mic until I join and leave 20 times. When my mic does work it’s fine except for the multiple times I come in sounding like a robot. The way I know it is the headset and not connection issues with my internet is because I used my wife’s headset and it worked perfectly.If you are wanting a headset to have for guests or to give a kid this is the headset for you. But for anything else just go for the $100 or more ones it’s not worth wasting money on this.

Best headset I’ve had. Been suing for about 2 years now. You can turn off the RGB lighting (lowkey hate it) and the base/sound quality is amazing for the price. Volume is very loud too. Not too tight on the head, good adjustments for bigger heads and ear cushions hold up over time without fraying. Wireless Xbox connection never has any issue. Microphone is also removeable.

Mic works awesome but the speakers are pretty low quality. The first entire half of the volume knob does nothing at all, and even at max volume its serviceable but not good by any means. Lights are cool. If the speakers were worth a darn these would be an excellent headset.

I originally got these because they were on for a very good deal.Pros:- very comfortable- can hear very well and an adjustable volume for up and downCons:- I don’t love the idea of the base being attached to the controller (for the headset to connect too) as it is bulky in the way and drains my batteries more for my controller- a lot of interference on the other end as people have complained my headset is causing a lot of static- battery life could be betterOverall I give this product a 2 star review

I recently bought this headset, and unfortunately, the microphone does not work properly over Bluetooth on my Windows 11 PC.I’ve spent hours troubleshooting. The microphone only works briefly during web-based mic tests, then stops responding. Windows detects the device (input: Headset Captain 200 or Hands-Free), but the mic remains inactive unless a browser test is running. The audio output is fine, but the Bluetooth mic is unreliable and unstable.However, when I connect the headset using the included wired 3.5mm audio/mic cable, the microphone works perfectly and in high quality. This confirms the issue is with the Bluetooth microphone profile, not the headset itself or my PC.Too bad, really like the Headset, comfortable and well made with good quality but i had to send it back because of that Bluetooth mic issue.
