Turned into a brick within 2 months.
Worked good for about 2 months now will not take a charge. Took it to a repair shop and told me that they need to fix a soldering point between the battery and the charger which would cost the price of the phone itself. Pretty much a waste of money.

This galaxy had no lag, and was a value for the money that they asked for it. The battery life was good and it charged fast. It seems to function well and very easy to set up and use out of the box. Compatible to the phones that are at a higher price in the stores

Great phone, amazing cameras, like new.
The phone itself looked brand new even though it was renewed. It came with a USB-C charging cord and adapter, the cord itself had an issue and did not want to work properly so I had to use another cord. The info given about the phone said it would come with atleast 80% charge, but the device was only at 38%. It took a while of using it to get everything setup and transferred over from my old phone and as I did this I noticed the phone was getting very hot. I hope it will not have an overheating issue but only time will tell. The camera is amazing, the 50mp rear camera is 1 of the biggest reasons I wanted this device. The front facing 13mp camera is also very clear and ideal to you. The sound with headphones or the phone’s speaker itself is better than any previous device I’ve had. It has a lot of options to make the usage of it custom. Overall I give this renew device a 4, the only reason it’s not a 5 is my fear of the overheating issue.

WORTH IT!
A little bit hesitant to buy renewed / refurbish BUT what can you do if you really NEED a phone as in a NEED. Im a senior citizen (NOT needing a FANCY one just a WORKING phone). SO far so good. I was able to use my OLD Sim card (Tk.GOD!) Thanks for the google cloud, able to transfer my OLD data from the damage old phone except the PICTURES. I hope im not going to have a problem. I do know that when i charge it , it takes longer ( 7hrs) so i do it at night and i have the whole day running smoothly. Thanks again.

So Far, so Good!
The phone came in great condition. Two or more minor stuffs that I don’t care about. Looks new besides that and a little pin sized chip on the screen. I’m sure I could get the phone replaced, but I’m happy with it.I had an A53 with a much better camera, but for 90 bucks, you can’t beat this deal.Showed ATT only, but when I turned the phone on is said “Tracphone”. It worked with my PureTalk, the phone company I use. No issues with battery or phone after updates. Would purchase again!

Defective and LOCKED
Delivery was exceptional BUT the product was defective, would update, install and complete the update, THEN update ALL over again within 30 seconds repetitiously. In addition to everything else, the phone is STILL locked although I purchased an unlocked phone. I contacted customer service as the company requested and although they responded, haven’t heard anything from them in over 24 hours. I requested a refund this morning as I am returning this product and going to purchase a phone today. My Job requires a phone and I don’t have time to play with Customer Service.

From outward appearance the fine looked good, minimal scratches.Performance was terrible.On standby battery went from 90% to 20% in 6 hoursPhone kept dropping the signal with the “No Sim Card Message”Don’t know how it passed the performance check.

J’avais besoin d’un téléphone de dépannage rapidement, et finalement je l’aime bien ! Reçu vite, bien emballé. Le Samsung Galaxy A14 5G (64 Go) fonctionne parfaitement bel écran, fluide et facile à configurer. Pour l’instant tout est nickel, reste à voir sur le long terme, mais je suis très satisfait de mon achat. Merci !Je me suis rendu compte que le téléphone était figé sur Android 14 et qu’aucune mise à jour logicielle n’était possible. J’ai utilisé Odin et flashé le téléphone avec la bonne ROM, tout est maintenant OK : Android 15 et les mises à jour fonctionnent.
