Love the phone. The original order would not work correctly with my service. I was sent a new phone to replace that, which turned out to be a Tracfone. They do not work for our service. Not happy, won’t try again.

Problematic
I first received this phone and it kept shutting off. Possible battery defect. I ordered a replacement which I had to pay again for because there is no exchange option. This one was working fine until the front screen started hanging off. Yet again I ordered another one which came and was clearly thicker than the last. When I went to put it in my phone case, I noticed the entire back was not sealed. Same problem on two different phones. I am returning the latest one and I’m just going to pay a cell phone repair company to seal the second one rather than having to go through the data transfer process again. Other than the glue(?) problem, phone works great and I like it.Would not recommend purchasing from Amazon renewed however because both times I had to purchase the phone again and wait almost 2 weeks for the return money to be credited. I am currently waiting again for the return to be credited to my account for the third phone.

phone will not stay connected to any network, I was told by three different companies that the phone was not compatible with their cellular service including T mobile which they name in the add. Upon returning the defective phone they felt it appropriate to charge me a 25% restocking fee which tells me they fully intend to sell this defective phone to someone else and so on and so on. they are nothing more than a modern day Sanford and Son.

Excelente teléfono, cuando lo compre no sabía que era un producto reparado por la marca, llegó sin empaque y con un cargador que no correspondía a ka marca y además usado. Aún así, funciona de maravilla y estoy muy contenta con la compra y el desempeño del equipo, creo que tuve muy buen servicio para no dejarlo en manos de la suerte
