Who doesn’t have cervical neck issues these days? Between computers and scrolling on your phone, unless you are militant about your posture, your neck is going to hurt.So this great little neck and back massager has a multitude of features that you’ll have to experiment with to find out what level of massage you appreciate the most. But it does do the upper back and the neck and the occipital area really nicely. To be honest it’s a great way to lounge on the couch and watch TV in a reclining position.For the quality and the amount of features that it offers, it’s a great price, very relaxing and therapeutic. I’ve seen similar models that were at least twice the price. So you’re definitely getting a bargain!

The massage strength is quite powerful—my dad actually found it a bit intense when he used it while lying on the carpet, but placing a towel over it solved the issue, lol. 4 Stars for same design flaws that All massagers I’ve bought have, the power cord. And a handle grip on the back of the unit would be smart. The auto shut off is less than desirable. Now for the good; has excellent massage motions and features two heat levels four vibration options. It works great from head to toes. When I use I think where have you been all my life! So, the four star rating applies to all brand I’ve tried. The difference is this one is the Best that I’ve owned thus far.

I’ve been using this neck and back massager every day, and it works wonders. The heat and kneading functions really help relieve my neck, shoulder, and back pain after a long day. It feels like a real deep-tissue massage, and the design is super comfortable. Definitely worth the money — highly recommended!

Excruciatingly painful, fire hazard – the HEAT element is always on when plugged in.
You want the truth?This deep-tissue massage pad is tiny, like the slim waistline of a supermodel tiny…At its base, the width is 9 inches… At the top, it’s 12.75 inches wide.Does that mean it doesn’t work? No. It works.The bruises, the throbbing migraine, the nonstop tingling pinches and nerve pain brought on by trying this out for the 3 minute timer segments it runs before it shuts of automatically… My back has never been worse.The depth of the massage pad is 6.25 inches, which means – if you try to use this in your car, you will be pushed to the edge of your driver’s seat. I DO NOT RECOMMEND AUTOMOBILE USE at all. It is worse if you use the pump hose to inflate the internal baloon. The stabbing torture of the shiatsu massage spindles will have you wincing in pain and unable to drive straight.Other isues:- The heat never turns off. That’s right. The moment you plug it in, the heating element ignites. It remains on until you pull the plug.- The remote cord is too long for seated use. In a desk chair, the remote may loop around the axle of your chair wheel and rip off. Be careful with it.- There is no strap to hold the pad in place while seated. This means the only way to keep it in the position needed is to press firmly back into the stabbing spindles of the shiatsu motors.- The leather-like material is uncomfortable. Wear a shirt or use a blanket, because if your skin has direct contact, it will stick to you and not let go.- It can stir up muscle strain, nerve damage, and bruise you. Due to the need to press firmly into the shiatsu spindles, it’s possible you may find yourself with a black and blue back.This is all true. I gave it a solid 3 days of attmepts in my desk chair, prior to trying it out in my car. I wanted to see how intense it was. It’s firm, unrelenting, and too narrow, but also too thick.Functionally? It works, but I do not recommend using it while seated.

I bought this for my neck and shoulders, and it works really well. The kneading feels strong and gives good relief after a long day. The heat option makes it even more relaxing. It’s easy to use, and I like that I can move it around to my back or legs too. Overall, a good massager and worth the price.

Helping my back pain
I bought this because I’ve been having some back pain and tightness. I love it! It massages my back and you can change the intensity, while heating up at the same time. I wish it didn’t turn off every 15 minutes but I’m sure that’s a safety feature. It really is helping my back feel better and I love how customizable everything is.

This product is AMAZING!My husband is a big guy and he often does not enjoy massagers. They are often not strong enough to have an effect on his body.Now this is a complete game changer. He actually rearranged furniture to turn his reclining chair into a massage chair.Here are the individual features:Spinning massagers: They get deep into the massaging, better than anything we’ve ever used.Heating pad: Good replacement for his heating therapy for a sore back.Vibration: Can`t say much. It is hard to tell if they are useful.Smart mode: A GODSEND! It is good because it automatically changes directions and other things, so we can just sit and relax.Bonus: The pump allows us to further pressure the device against the body when you are already set up on it, allowing us to increase the pressure.Note: The device comes with a car adapter. My husband tested it, and he concluded that although it is good, the power source used is significantly lower than the household outlet, so obviously the device output is inferior when using on a car. Even so, it is a nice option to have.

This compact massager has a lot of power and is very versatile in placing it around the shoulder and neck area; I’ve had an extremely knotted and tender shoulder/neck area and going to a massage therapist and chiropractor (activator procedure) has done nothing to relieve the situation; this portable massager has fixed the issue with 4 half-hour sessions; the unit works at 15 minute increments, has a comfortable heat setting, has a range of motions to choose from and can be used in various areas comfortably. This unit is definitely worth the money.
