Is OpenDots ONE a bone conduction headphone?
No, OpenDots ONE uses air conduction combined with DirectPitch technology and an open-ear design, not bone conduction, ensuring environmental awareness and private listening.
How does OpenDots ONE minimize sound leakage?
OpenDots ONE uses DirectPitch technology to minimize leakage. Enabling “Privacy Mode” in the Shokz App further reduces high-frequency sound leakage for a more private experience.
What is the difference between OpenDots ONE and OpenFit 2?
OpenDots ONE is smaller, lighter, and more portable — ideal for daily use and travel. OpenFit 2 offers slightly improved high-frequency performance and is better suited for exercise.
How do I enable Dolby Audio on OpenDots ONE?
OpenDots ONE supports Dolby Audio for an immersive sound experience. You can turn it on or off in the Shokz App under device settings.
Can I use OpenDots ONE with just one earbud?
Yes. You can listen to music or take calls with a single earbud. Some Shokz App features, like firmware updates, may be limited when only one earbud is used.
Personalized Clip-On Fit – The flexible nickel-titanium plate and soft silicone grip conform to your ear for security and comfort. At just 6.5g, each earbud is virtually unnoticeable through all-day wear.

Mini Size, Mighty Features – Each earbud is interchangeable between your left and right ear, equipped with optimized microphones, IP54 water resistant, and built with DirectPitch tech to minimize sound leakage.

Amazing comfort and Great sound.
I just started using the Shokz OpenDots One and fell in love. Sound is not meant to be audiophile level but they hold their own especially for open air buds. I purchased for workout, dog walk, and around the house when other are present. The sound has good depth of field, lots of headroom for volume, and enjoyable highs without being harsh. Bass is decent (again open air is not going to thump you). It’s a very enjoyable experience.Comfort is one of OpenDots greatest strengths. Completely forgot they were there. Two hours later i am watching Hulu on my PC while also being connected to my phone. Materials feel soft and high-end.The app is easy to use and intuitive. Connection is extremely smooth.I own several buds including Bose Quiet Comfort Ultra, PowerBeats, and high-end custom 64 Audio IEMs. The Bose are always an issue with comfort and staying in my ear during any activity. The sound great but comfort is not even close. The OpenDots while not the sound level of $2k IEMS, are amazing for their designed purpose. So far, I am super impressed!

Comfortable, great sound!
These are the solution I’ve been looking for! I have always had trouble wearing in-ear ear buds, but I didn’t want to run with full headphones. These have been amazing. Connectivity to my phone was fast, the volume is easy to control, and easy to charge. I have been listening to both music and to audiobooks and the sound inside my head is clear and full, and I can still hear what is going on around me. A double tap starts and stops the sound. I don’t plan on using them for phone calls. So very lightweight. They are secure and comfortable while running as long as I place them correctly on my ear. Tiny case and pretty color. I don’t have anything to compare them to, but I got them on sale and they seem like a great value!

OpenDots >>>>> Bose Open Ear
I lost my pair when I went camping just had to buy another! I wasnt the same without them.1) Comfortable, you wont even notice it there. (I hate in ear buds)2) Interchangeable for either ear.3) Sound is fantastic when both on.4) Better price point than the Bose version.5) Can multi-connect, up to 2 devices.6) Great everyday ear buds. Keeps you aware of your surroundings as well.7) Just Effin Buy them.

Amazing quality
I love these. Very comfortable, I do not feel them. I have very small ears and they fit perfectly, the do slide, nor fall off. Excellent sound, and I can still hear things around me. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Uncomfortable for me
I really wanted to love these! But they were very uncomfortable on my small ears. Almost felt like they used magnets to make them stay clipped on the ear and it pinched/put pressure on the thin part of ear and was uncomfortable for me. I have a cheap pair of open ears and was really looking to upgrade but these did not work for my ears.Sound was great tho! Way better than another pair I have from a popular brand, that starts with Anke. Super easy to tap and pause it and they intuitively stopped playing when removed which was awesome.Be prepared if you do return for it to take weeks for a refund tho

So comfortable!
I already own Apple AirPods, which have great sound. But after some time, my ears become sore from the pressure. The open ear, clip on earbuds are much more comfortable as they sit just outside the ear.The sound is very good and they stay in place. They allow a little more background noise which I have only noticed while flying. They are easy to place once you find the placement position, easy to use for volume control and a good buy for the value as well. I listen to ebooks often and am able to wear the Shokz OpenDots all day.

Cool Dots
These headphones are pretty cool. Once you get used to how they fit on, you’ll forget they are on your ear. I love the fact that you can double tap either side to play/stop audio or video. I can also jog or run with these & not be concerned with losing them. They don’t go right into the ear lobe but near it so I can listen to whatever I’m listening to but I can also hear my surroundings also. They aren’t as loud as Apple AirPods because it’s not directly into the ear lobes but I’d prefer these because of its design and durability. The fit is better in my opinion. Let’s see if they’ll last longer than my Apple AirPods Pro’s. Had those for about 2-1/2 years and the noise cancellation completely went out and I get terrible feedback noise when on the phone with those. So far, everything is crystal clear when using these Dots for phone calls.

Not for Cyclists
I liked the idea of these. My Bone conductors were always an issue as they wrap around the back of my head, and interfere with my riding helmet, and any winter stuff I wear on my head. I thought this was a great idea.PROS:Sound much better than my bone conductors.Stay charged for hours.Pretty comfortable and don’t fall off.You can hear your surroundings if you don’t blast them.CONS:For some reason I can’t adjust the volume very easily with my standard road bike helmet on. Or maybe it’s just that I’m moving. They are really slow to change volume.Forget controlling them with anything like a bandana over your ears. They have no actual buttons. The weather is getting colder, and I know there will be no chance of any control over them when I will have my gloves on. You don’t realize how many times you stop and want to lower the volume to talk to the person next to you. I didn’t really think about this with my bone conductors, because they were easy to adjust. So, these are not going to work for me as a cyclist. Money wasted. I should have returned them when I could have, but I kept trying to give them a chance. I put them on extra sensitive mode (in the app), but that didn’t help either. If you’re a cyclist, I would not recommend these.

Suono cristallino e bassi profondi.
