A Necessity for the Diet/Nutrition Conscious
I have a smart scale for my body. Why not a smart scale for what goes in my body? Enter WARMKEY Smart Nutrition Food Scale. The scale is packaged well with adequate protection. The unit is “compact”. Its approximate overall dimensions are 9.1″ x 6.3″ x .67″. The weighing area has a diameter of about 5.75″. You will be able to keep it handy without taking another big footprint on your kitchen counter.When you use the tare function, you place your bowl on the scale, press tare and add your items. It does the simple math for you and reports the weight of your food items.You want to make sure that the base of your bowl fits in the scale area for two reasons. For one, your accuracy will be much better; and secondly, your view of the scale readout won’t be obstructed. A large dinner plate, or perhaps even a salad plate, will be too large. Bowls, with their much smaller bases work best.If you are serious about measuring your intakes, the Fitdays+ app (or one of the other apps which I can’t vouch for) is a necessity. It also is what you need to make the calorie, fat, protein, etc. calculations.But it is no big deal. The app is free and pairs easily with the Smart Scale. Input is quick and easy.Overall, if you are serious about your weight and nutrition, I highly recommend the WARMKEY Smart Nutrition Food Scale. No more guessing (or under estimating). I wish I had had it during Covid when I went on my last diet and lost 50 lbs.

It is not necessary to download an app if you don’t want it. Without the app, it just functions as a basic scale that weighs to the tenth of an ounce, and can switch between different units (g, ml, lbs, oz) It has a tare button which you would use to weigh an empty container and then with the food in it.The app allows you to select what kind of food you are weighing (enter a keyword and select among a few different variations of that food). Then it will tell you how many calories are in that portion of food.The appearance is sleek and will fit in with many modern kitchens. Or if you don’t like leaving it out on the counter, it is slim to slide it in a cupboard or drawer.We often use a kitchen scale for weighing kittens! We foster litters of kittens, and the humane society wants to know their daily weight. We can tare a large bowl or pan, and put the kittens in one at a time!

Great scale and easy to use
Been dieting for over a year. I weigh all my food to make sure I keep under my calories. This scale has been a game changer. Pull the tab on the back and there are included batteries. This smart scale has a good user manual that’s easy to follow. Will be purchasing one for my daughter. Highly recommend
