This is such a nice smart ring. It’s quick to charge. The battery has a decent lasting life. The charger is super easy and small easily carried in your purse or in luggage if you’re traveling to ensure that you keep a good charge. The smart ring track your health. I’m sure there’s a way that would also track sleep and things and you can probably even link them to items like Apple health or possibly even you’re my chart account with your doctors office. The value for the money is very good. They are currently comparing my sleep study to it to see how accurate it actually is so we’ll probably update it a later date. It looks nice it’s stylish. I did receive the black one which is what I wanted. I would advise to know your ring size and if your hands tend to swell, remember to size up a little Bit

I thought this ring was very accurate and the app was very easy to use you just input all your information and it’s ready to go. I like the Slick look and the battery life is very good as well. I didn’t find any problems with wearing it long periods of time. So I think the overall comfortability of it is idea.
