Easy to set up!
Easy app to use, I was able to figure it out as I logged on. I was originally worried it might be tricky but it was quite easy. There are a few silicone covers for it as well, which is great if you risk getting it banged around at work like me. Shipped very quickly from seller as well. I am going to spend the weekend seeing what more it can do- it can also give you reminders. I have been most interested in tracking my sleep habits which is a cool feature. My only note is consider finding your ring size in a store. It was a little big but works on my thickest finger

Three Complaints and Three Stars
Three ComplaintsSizing Issues:I purchased the sizing kit before ordering my ring, and according to that, I was a size 11. However, when the size 11 ring arrived, it literally fell off my finger. Interestingly, the ring packaging included another sizer, which showed I was actually a size 9. I returned the 11 and exchanged it for a 9, but the 9 feels a bit tighter than I’d like—so now I’m considering trying a size 10. The sizing process definitely needs improvement or more consistency.Phone Alert Functionality:One of the main reasons I purchased this ring was for phone call alerts, since I have to keep my phone on silent for work. Unfortunately, the alerts aren’t as reliable or intuitive as I expected. I’m still trying to work out the kinks, but so far, it hasn’t consistently notified me when I receive calls.Stress Monitoring:I was also interested in the ring’s stress monitoring feature, but the app doesn’t seem to track stress levels accurately—or at all.On the positive side, the ring is sleek and comfortable, and I do appreciate the app’s features for sleep tracking and exercise monitoring. With some improvements, this could be a great all-around fitness ring.

Good ring but weak vibration.
This ring does exactly what i wanted it to do for me, which is to give me a vibration if my spo2 drops below a certain percentage. The set up was fairly easy. I am going to return it the reason is because the vibration is extremely weak and there’s no way to increase or decrease the vibration notifications. That said i feel this ring has a lot of potential, maybe this can be fix with an app update or next ring? I’m giving this a good review because as i said it does what it says it can do, but for me that vibration notification is very important I must feel it and notice it. I only use it while sleeping I do have some sleep apnea. Also my size is 12 it was a little loose on my left hand but fit more snugly on my right. Id order a full size or half size smaller if i did it again. I will keep an eye on this company and ring and see if it improves.

Great buy
Love this ring it gives my family peace of mind. My relative was diagnosed with stage 3 cancer and this has helped track important facts about her health including blood pressure and heart rate. It also comes with additional color bands to pick from and a charging case.

Looks great and works very well!
The inserts with QR codes are confusing: one says to use the Smart Health app and one says to use the AIZO Ring app. I was unable to get the ring to connect with the Smart Health app, but it works great with the AIZO Ring app. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy Note10 (Android), so other phones might give a different experience. YMMV 😃

This is the one
I have to say I honestly like this ring. I have had Oura, RingConn, and this is by far the one that fits my needs the best. There is another ring made by the same manufacturer that is sold under a name that starts with the letter E and it’s the exact same thing and uses the same app but with less features and double the price of this one.Needless to say, this ring has what I need. I’m trying to stay away from smart watches because I enjoy mechanical watches, but still need to know when my phone rings. This ring does this for me. I’m also able to get sms vibrations, again, a feature that I need. Steps are accurate but not on point but then again what device is on point? The rest of the heath features are not as important to me but they seem to be on par to my Apple Watch Ultra. Here are my gripes. I have no way to control notifications for the health features. It is constantly vibrating the ring about every 10 mins when it does a behind the scene update. At first I thought I was missing a call or text, but no notifications on the phone. I opened the AIZO app and I could see that the app had just updated in the background and sent me an invisible notification. There is no way to turn those notifications off. It’s either they stay on or I have to turn all my notifications off and receive nothing. My other issue is the user guide. It has absolutely nothing to do with this model ring, nothing at all. Even on the app, the guide is for some sort of touch ring and notifications are not even mentioned. If this company want to play with the big boys, we the consumer have to know what we have and a proper guide to help us figure the correct product out, not a generic guide or any random one. I’m the type of person who reads the guides inside out to make sure I understand ALL the products features and this one does not have a proper guide. Also, sleep does not detect when you are up in the middle of the night or up to go to the bathroom. The other night I was up for 4 hours and only got 5 outs of sleep, the ring said I got 9 hours of sleep. Definitely not accurate.I hope this helps someone looking at this ring. It’s really worth it for me. Some may say it’s a step back from Oura or RingConn but those big brands don’t have notifications that make it worth it for me. I’m able to now wear my Rolex and still have notifications on my hand with step counts. This review is of my free will and I have not be asked by this company or anyone to write about my experience. I have been playing the smart ring game for the last 6 months and After trying and returning the other ones, this is a keeper. I hope the brand keeps growing and building on what they have and not abandon its current customers.
