So many options and adjustments! Love it!!
This is a terrific massager with so many options. Neck massage can be adjusted up and down as well as rotate in either direction. Back massager has shiatsu or rolling and the rolling width can be adjusted. You can also set it to just focus on lower or upper back. With the weather cooling down the heat option is wonderful! For deeper massage you can remove one layer from neck and/or back or if you want less pressure just wear a thicker top or use a towel or blanket over it. The seat has a vibration option but I don’t usually use that. I had one of these for many years before I finally wore it out (same brand); I used it almost every evening and was very impressed with how long it lasted. I just bought this one a few weeks ago and am looking forward to enjoying it for years to come. I highly recommend!

Not going to work for me: thorough review from an average-sized, unincentivized person
I have been using this massage product for about 2 weeks now and purchased it on my own accord and was not incentivized in any way. There are a lot of positives to this product and perhaps it will work for you but I believe I will be returning this product and will replace it with a different model or with a product from a different manufacturer.Pros:• It’s well made• Controls are straightforward and easy to useCons (in my experience using):• The proportions just don’t work for me. I have tried adjusting and repositioning this massage chair device numerous times and have tried attaching it to a number of different chairs and sofas and have also tried just lying on it flat but the proportions just don’t work for me. I am a 5′ ft 11″ male and weigh around 150 lbs. which I would consider to be a fairly standard height / weight (well, perhaps I’m a bit slim/trim for your standard American but that’s a different issue lol). I cannot get the main moving kneading back shiatsu massagers to reach the highest area of my upper back where I most desperately need massage, in between my shoulder blades without the lower back massage range then being too high. It is nice that the neck massage area is vertically adjustable but the range of motion for the main back massage area is not long enough for me and the only way I can get the massager to reach my upper back where I need it to be is by raising the entire unit up but if I raise it up as high as I need it to be then I cannot sit on the cushion as it is no longer lying flat on the top of the chair and is then an angle and I don’t want to sit on it and effectively bend it when it has electronic components inside. And I have issues attaching it to a chair which will be in the next bullet.• The straps to attach it to a chair need to be repositioned or there needs to be an additional third, lower strap. I need to be able to attach the very bottom of the unit to the back of a chair but the lower of the two straps is not low enough and thus no matter what chair I use the bottom of the back panel board keeps sliding forward and it’s just been nearly impossible to use this on any chair or sofa I have tried without there being issues. The only decent experience I get is when I lie it flat on a couch or on the floor and lie myself flat on top of it which is okay but I would really like to be able to use this while sitting upright in a chair.• The lower seat vibration massage area isn’t strong enough. It’s probably a strong as massaging components are capable of being but it just isn’t enough for me. And it would be more noticeable perhaps if they are were pre-programmed massage patterns available and built in (such as pulsating, throbbing, etc.) instead of just solid on or off.My final two cons are for missing features I wish this product had and are not the fault of the manufacturer. It’s likely these features I desire do not exist at all from any manufacturer and/or don’t exist in a product of this price range.• I really wish that there was both kneading shiatsu/rolling massage AND full body vibration massage available in the same unit. Perhaps that’s not possible from a construction standpoint considering the rolling/kneading massage components are constantly moving and having vibration massage units along the same areas as the moving kneading massage parts might not work well together or even feasibly be possible. I don’t see why the kneading massage heads themselves though couldn’t have vibration motors built with inside of them, almost something like the classic Panasonic “Magic Wand” vibrator except the massage head is on a track and is moving/kneading/rolling. Perhaps I will just have to buy a second unit that is massage only and then use one after the other but while the kneading shiatsu massage that this product does provide does feel very nice (despite not quite hitting the right areas of my upper and lower back that I need it to) I still just feel like I didn’t get the whole experience that I really require when I’m done using this product because I really need some sort of pulsating massaging sensation applied in these areas as well.•Lack of “chopping” setting. Again this is not the fault of the manufacturer and this may not exist on any similar product in this price range but my whole basis for comparison in using this machine is from remembering wonderful experiences I have had in full stand-alone massage chairs which I’m sure they purchased for thousands of dollars more but I just think they remember there being a rapid tapping or “chopping” type massage available as well (sorry, I’m not a massage therapist and have no clue what the actual term for this type of massage is lol). The rolling and needing experience is very nice but I need some sort of strong vibration or tapping or chopping feature in the same areas and just do not feel thoroughly refreshed and relax after using this product without experiencing this type of sensation.Overall it’s a nice product and I can understand if it is not possible at all or even just not possible at this price range to have additional vibration and chopping massage style techniques built into this product but even with that aside I wish they would add a third/additional chair attachment strap to this model and I wish the proportions / range of the lower moving back area were slightly adjusted. I believe I am going to purchase a similar product from a different manufacturer to see how well it compares.

Amazing Massager, this one has everything. The remote control has a pouch at the side to place it in when not in use. It has two settings, Shiatsu & Rolling. The Rolling setting is good to start with and then move onto the Shiatsu once your ready for it. The settings offer Full back, Upper back & Lower back. It also offers a Vibration in the seat which is very relaxing. The only downfall is that the Heat could be a tad bit warmer. The neck massage has two rotations going opposite directions. There is also an up & down button so you can move the neck massager rollers lower or higher depending on your height. LOVE THIS MASSAGER, so happy I ordered this, my whole back is Happy!!
