Excellent massager for little out of pocket
How should I start? I have owned several back massagers over the years to help alleviate shoulder tension, and until this one, I was not always impressed. However, this massager has features that outdo my previous purchases. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, thanks to its solid grip, and it’s rechargeable, so you don’t have to worry about a cord getting caught on furniture or finding an outlet nearby. It comes with multiple attachments that help you get to the trouble spot, and it’s quiet. I especially like the rechargeable option. I highly recommend this massager for its price, features, and the company’s support.

Superb, reasonaly priced massager that provides relief.
As a retired massage therapist, I have used many devices over the years. This massager from Snailax is one of the best. It compares easily with Thumpers or other more expensive models. It is fairly quiet, hefty and yet easy to handle and is very powerful. I have to use it on the lowest speed. The long handle makes it easy to reach all those hard to reach places. It just arrived today and as soon as I charged it, I used it on several places on my body. I like the choice of speeds and the pressure feels just right. I have not tried the heat function yet as I don’t feel the need. I would recommend this massager to anyone looking for relief of muscle tension. I just hope it holds up well over time.

Seems solid! power is good, not too heavy. Price is great! I haven’t used long enough to check battery duration. Heat is weak but i don’t really need it and I imagine strong heat would run the battery down anyway. Satisfied , low heat is the reason it’s not a 5 star to me. I’d still recommended..

A mobile and universal tool for instant relaxation and pain relief
I am freshly postpartum and I got this massager as part of my gift to self, that would help me feel more relaxed and well taken care of. I absolutely love this product. Overall, my favorite feature about this product is that it’s perfectly universal. The attachment for acupuncture is my absolute favorite when it comes to massaging my hair. Makes me feel so relaxed, I could drift off to sleep instantly,. I currently had an ear infection and used the standard massager for applying some heat and tender pressure on the area behind my ear. It felt heavenly. And soon afterwards my ear was cured, I think the heat helped greatly. I also loved massaging my thighs – I think it’s helping to keep my muscles relaxed and tighten my skin a little bit. This massager was the biggest life saver when I strained my back. Massaging my back is extremely convenient since the massager is lightweight enough for me to use it on my back with just one hand. I am planning on keeping it in my car for some rest stop back pain relief when driving for a long time. I love that it’s mobile and I can take it along on my adventures. Battery lasts a long time – it was enough for me to have three long massage sessions without having to charge it. Absolutely love this product and highly recommend to anyone who is tense and looking for some options to relax and take care of their body.

great massager with poor heat and lousy customer support
this back massager seems to be a quality product and it charges pretty fast last for a while. i’d would have given it five stars because of the excellent way it massages but it takes around 5 mintues for the heat to get going and the heat is more than a 25 watt light bulb’s warmth. Besides, I have already registered the free extended 2 yr warranty which brings it to a 3 yr warranty. I contacted Snailax Customer Service via there web site and also by their telephone number and their only reply was thanks for contacting customer support, please go to our website and contact us, How idiotic and there was not response to my complaint about there product barely giving off any heat. so that is why I gave 3 stars. There Customer support is stuck in La La land with their broken automated robotic answering through email and telephone customer support. Again, I have already registered my warranty of their product.
