First unit i’ve ever tried, works well on neck legs and lower back
I’ve seen these advertised before always thought they had to be an expensive gimmick couldn’t really see how it could work well. Recently did something to my neck and out of desperation decided to try one. I picked this unit because of the large number of reviews and the fact that they actually list their warranty policies and offer an extended warranty for a decent price. I started out looking at battery units but they are pricey especially if you want one with heat functions, this unit is made cordless for about twenty dollars more which isn’t bad but I still went with the corded one for the first purchase just because power isn’t particularly an issue where I want to use this (outlets are accessible). Setup is nothing you get the unit, an AC adapter and a DC 12v adapter is also included. You plug the cable into the bottom of the unit left side then plug into the power source. The correct orientation is curved spot up with the controls on the left side. I like the design that you put your arms through the loops, and this allows you to control the intensity of the massage somewhat and move it around a small amount. MY ONLY SMALL COMPLAINT with the unit is that the HEAT button should illuminate when it’s activated if they ever redesign their powered unit I’d suggest they make that change. Might also be nice to illuminate the intensity button when it’s on high as well. I was very pleasantly surprised how well this thing works and it feels great. I was a little reluctant to lay back in my chair with it under my neck but that works good too no shutting off for too much weight on the fingers etc. I’ve used this twice since I took it out of the box the fifteen minute timer works fine if you want more press the power button again. It also has over heat protection according to the book. If it gets too hot just let it cool down and it will start to function again. I don’t find the heat really hot just a nice warm temperature but I realize everyone might have a different idea of what’s too warm. I love this thing. I did pay for the five dollar warranty which I think is worth it for something like this. More info to come. Thanks guys for a great product. I would suggest using the included soft fabric cover. The nylon fabric over the fingers tends to get a tad abrasive if you use it a long time, the soft cover reduces that somewhat. One other suggestion for making a great product better might be adding heat only with no or very low (vibrate) massage function.

A friend of mine had one of these massagers and when I tried it I was amazed and declared that I was getting one right away. I just received it the other day and wow…I really does the job!…I sit in an upright recliner chair and start at the base of my neck and move it down a couple inches at a time after a minute or two and keep going down until it is all the way down by my belt line… it kneads tense muscles perfectly and gets out the kinks…It is perfectly fit to roll on either side of your spine right where you need it…Do not be afraid to purchase this massager…you will not regret it and the price is right. If I only get a few months out of it before it malfunctions it is well worth it and I’d buy another one in a heartbeat…Give it a rest and let it cool down for awhile and it should hold up. I will update the review later on its durability over time…

Only an ok product
I ordered this to replace my prev homemedic massager I used daily. This one is very cumbersome. Not heavy really just alot of stuff to situate on yourself. It has heat but you don’t feel it at all I’m always checking to see if it is on. I like heat. The massage part is nice for back and shoulders has four balls each side. but I need mostly for my neck and the balls are too far apart and don’t touch the pained area. It only stays on 15min then shuts off. Tried 3 times to set up warranty account couldn’t do it. Kept having to leave the site to get needed info and never could return to the same site had to keep starting over. I don’t have that kind of time. So it’s just ok. Does not really serve my needs of a painful neck either. Was going to keep but trying the warranty multiple times was so frustrating I’m returning.

Cette machine est facile à tenir par les mains, il est capable d’enlever le mal avec sa rotation et vibration de ses roulettes. Mais il faut définir c’est quoi votre niveau capacité dans le mal. Si votre capacité face à la douleur est sensible, alors cette machine ne pourra pas vous aider.

Massager works well and seems to be well made. Not happy with experience trying to register warranty for the massager. Their website has a section for warranty registration which also offers an extension from 1 year to 3 years. This part of the site will not will not allow me to register for either number even though I have provided my Amazon order number to them as requested. I have also sent their US office two e mails regarding this but no response to either. Suggest caution if you decide to deal with this seller due to questionable business practices.
