High performing quality neck & back massager
I ordered this massager hoping it could help with a whole back massage. I enjoy using it when I’m in my home office chair. Padded seat is very comfortable and does not slip. Convenient and easy controls. Removable and washable cover for the neck. It arrived by way of next day delivery. Convenient packaging for easy removal. High quality product that offers amazing massage relief and great durability. I like that you can tuck away the control panel in the supplied pouch that’s attached to the cushion. The massage rollers and movement patterns are like nothing I’ve experienced. This product is the next best thing to a hands on professional massage. Plenty of modes to suit many needs and comfort. This premium product works great on most any chair, sofa and best of all office chair. Amazing relief.

Great massager but could use size adjustments
Gives a really great massage but because it is wide at the bottom, does not fit well in any office chair with molded/rounded sides. A straight back chair is required for best results.The heat level on the back massage seems almost nonexistent so far as I can tell. I’m 5’9″ and I have to use a 4 to 6 inch cushion to get my myself high enough for the neck massager to not just do the back of my head, but when elevated so, wow does it ever feel great.The back massage does not go high enough to reach those stiff shoulder muscles but otherwise feels great.The pocket for the control opens to the back making it hard to access when on chair and remote falls out when moving if you do not firmly set the Velcro closure.TLDR: great massage when adjusted to reach right spots and best used in a straight back chair.

Best Massager for the money!
My teenager son plays competitive junior golf, he always feels tightness in his hip and lower back. We have to take him to a Chiro therapist every other week to keep his body in good condition so that he’s always ready for golf tournaments. The therapy is not cheap and costs more than $100/per visit.Both my wife and I sit in front of computers for long hours every day. All of us have been bothered by chronic tight back, or back and neck pains.I’ve been thinking about buying a massage chair. But it costs thousands of dollars and occupies a lot of space. Especially its position can be adjusted based on user’s height to work on the right spots, and you can choose clockwise or counterclockwise rolling.For me, I like the back massage. You can choose 3 Massage areas: Upper, Lower or Full Back, and 3 type of massages: Shiatsu, Rolling or Spot. I love the Shiatsu massage the most. My back feels really relaxed.We’ll need to buy another one, so we don’t have to move it around the house.Strongly recommended! This product is a no brainer!

My wife and I are in our 60’s and suffer with neck and back pains. I had back surgery last year and this chair gets a lot of use and is really helpful in easing the knots in the muscles over the whole back and neck regions. The cost of the unit was cheaper than all others of comparable ability and I thoroughly recommend it. We now also have a Snailax shiatsu neck massager (SL-618N) which my wife uses for her chronic neck pain at night in bed and it is another very effective product. The shiatsu rollers in both units are firm and can heat up as well. We are both very impressed with the quality of both these Snailax products.

So i purchased this product after reviewing a few online even tho it was a bit more than i initially wanted to spend. Why? Great question! It had everything i wanted 1) Shiatsu massage 2) varying levels of body contact Full/Upper/Low 3) heat 4) ease of mobility from couch, armchair, to kitchen chair 5) neck massager.I’ve been having lumbar issues the past 2 months and wasn’t able to get out for treatment. The Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat was purchased with this in mind. I was using my knuckles to press hard against my lower back while sitting on my kitchen chair with some positive results, but knew i needed, or should i say kneaded, more than that simple technique. It’s also why i decided on taking the risk of purchasing a more expensive product. My vibrating/heating pads also weren’t enough and one started to die, at least the noise the little vibrating engine was making sounded like a death knell ringing it’s impending, well, death.My first use of the Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat felt amazing. And by amazing i mean it hit the spot and made me yelp! then chuckle as it’s warm, deep kneading lil Shiatsu nubs worked their magic. Get the vibration going, heat on, close your eyes, and i felt like i was being worked on by an actual Shiatsu practitioner. All that was missing was soft music, incense, and a huge bill afterwards. Yup. Money money money. Treatment don’t come cheap.I mentioned treatment earlier, and how i just wasn’t able to go out for treatment. The Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat enabled me to bring the treatment i needed to me! It works. And it works well and feels even weller um ok let’s run with it: weller. My sense of wellness has improved. I still stretch and activate my muscles with very light weight but adding massage, at home, made everything weller.My one negative is the height of the back for the neck massage. I’m 5′ 10″ and read reviews how this is the cutoff for proper height and effectiveness of the neck massager. I’d go a wee less, to maybe 5’9″. Now, i can still use it but i have to slide down which then makes me lose contact with the back nubs. Ok. Alright. I’m a smart guy. I can still use both but found for my height i disengage the back massage and just use the neck massage solo. Magic. Two directional magic motions.It’s a solid product and feel at the end of the day it’s well worth the money i paid. Plus, i easily extended my warranty from 1 YR to 3 YRS simply by sending a txt and an email with proof of purchase 👍🏼 I approve the Snailax Shiatsu Neck & Back Massager with Heat.
