Great Entry Level Wireless Earbuds
These Sony earbuds are my first truly wireless earbuds. For the price they are a perfect entry point. I bought these so that I could have noise cancellation when operating loud equipment for my job that doesn’t require true hearing protection. The noise cancellation works well in most situations, it is able to take the noise of a loud high school gym down to a whisper and completely eliminate ambient noise in a room. The buds also include an ambient noise mode that plays the audio around you with no noticable delay. Great for listening to music while still being aware of what’s around you or if someone needs to get your attention. The earbuds fit well and come with several different sizes based on your ear canal. Make sure you figure out the right size for you to make the seal better for noise cancelling. The tap controls function smoothly and are slightly configurable from the Sony app. Bluetooth connection was simple once the app is installed, the app also allows you to update the software of the earbuds. The battery life is sufficient for daily use and the case has plenty of extra charge. It does not take long to charge the earbuds. The construction of the earbuds seems relatively durable. Visually they look a lot nicer than airpods and many other wireless earbuds. The case however feels cheap and plastic. One thing to watch out for is not getting the beds positioned on the charging prongs of the case. This will cause the bud that is not connected to stay on and drain it’s battery.Overall, a great low cost pair of earbuds that would be good for someone just getting into wireless noise cancelling buds or someone looking to save a dime over flashier more expensive brand options.

Excellent headphones, but who designed the bizarre gestures?
Overall, these earbuds are excellent, and they are an amazing value compared to other options out there. The biggest issue I have is the gestures. I don’t find one tap play/pause to be useful, since they have in-ear detection tied to that already. What I do wish was more convenient is gestures for changing the volume, but some madman decided the best gesture for that is to frantically tap one ear or the other repeatedly. IT TAKES 4 REPEATED TAPS for one single up or down. And they offer some configuration, but it is severely limited. Just two themes – playback or cancellation. Please, give us the options from Inzone Buds!My only other minor gripe is that the plastic is very smooth and slippery, so sometimes they can be hard to grip without dropping. A matte texture instead of gloss would be better.Other than that, I love them. The battery life is amazing. In my use, it has been better than what they claim. They are missing some of the fancy features from their more expensive earbuds, but the tradeoff is better battery life. I’ll gladly take that! The noise cancellation is quite good, as is the sound in general. I’m happy with them listening to music or movies. I haven’t ever used them for any calls, so I don’t know how well the mic works. They fit in my ears quite well, and they come with a few different tips for different size ears. The main piece just rests inside the outer part of your ear and is held in by the rubber tip. I haven’t tried, but I don’t think these would work well for activities like running, as they don’t have anything else holding them in place. When stationary or walking, I have had no issues. They also sit flush enough for me that I can pull a hoodie over my head without knocking them out.

Worth the money
Comfortable and sound quality is excellent. I have a pair of AirPod pros and I like these more. The noise cancelling is great, especially in loud rooms with fans or low hums and they fit well in your ear which helps. That’s a problem I always had since day one on my AirPods. The touch controls aren’t too sensitive so you shouldn’t have to worry about accidentally bumping it. The case and actual ear buds are very sturdy and stylish, Sony is always reliable. The battery life is better than AirPods. They do stick out of your ear significantly so if you’re trying to hide them under a beanie or something I wouldn’t go for these. I also own the over the ear Sony WH-1000XM4 and the sound quality is almost equal for a lot less money.

Sony needs to stick with game consoles. Not headphones
They are not bad not worth the money they cost. The most I would pay for them after I bought and use they would be 50. I all types of headphones and I constantly need to keep buying due to work and this Sony definitely don’t cut it and are not worth the money. Noise cancellation is terrible compatible with Apple products not true I can’t answer on phone call with the press of a button and Siri doesn’t response. Battery life is decent in a good day I get about 9hrs out of it. They don’t fall out of my ear and I use the standard size that come with it. To connect it with the phone you need to download an app and go from there and it’s too much hassle for a pair of headphones that if I knew would be this bad I just would’ve bought another pair of beats and dealt with there problems
