BEST STREAMING BOX SO FAR!
Super happy with this box especially the new MAX operating system. Really easy to use and navigate. The content is virtually unlimited. So fun to watch my favorite shows with no commercial interruptions. I love being able to watch a series from beginning to end and not having to wait a week for the next episode. PPV fights are fun to watch as well as my favorite football team every week no matter where they are playing. I’ve purchased other streaming boxes in the past and this one hands down is the best for simplicity to operate and the amount of available content. I highly recommend this streaming box to anyone who wants access to an amazing amount of entertaining content. As a bonus when I’ve ever had any issues with anything the customer service has been very responsive and knowledgeable and able to answer any questions that I’ve had. Get this box and you won’t be disappointed!

Stream genie
Lots of glitches. Have it right next to internet system. Have to go back and restart multiple times while watching a program or movie. Very frustrating, would not buy again

Excellent Christmas Gifts
We finally broke down and purchased three of the StreamGenies after researching for a long time. Easy install and worked out of the box. We are still getting comfortable with navigation and find most of the streams. We have not had a need for support at this point since we leverage the Facebook forum for information. We plan on purchasing a few more units for our primary/secondary homes.

Awesome device I wish I bought earlier
I’ve had this device for just over a month and I fell in love with it. Me and my wife can watch anything we want. My wife is concerned about local stations and reality TV. She is happy. I wanted sports news in recent movies in 4k and I got that. It is a learning curve but well worth it. A lot of saved money. In customer service, which is Alex is awesome. He walked us through any issue via texting.

Starts out working well then product turns into junk
Costumer support is very hard to reach, almost non existent , need to be able to talk to person with knowledge of what to do when you have issues, very difficult to get the help as needed. These boxes are very expensive, i honestly feel like I’ve been robbed, I guess that’s on me I’m stupid one
