I can do this and so can you!
Lori Maxwell has such a great style of writing. She’s fun, realistic, relatable – I felt like we would be good friends. The book is loaded with insights and practical tools. It’s not too long so you get right to the points you need. Her suggestions are very doable, even the small changes can have a big effect. The part about emotional investment was particularly good for me as I tend to be passionate about so many things (read too many things).

I found useful information I didn’t know of before
This book was just what I needed. Stress and How to Manage It has fabulous advice for dealing with stress. I have a real problem with feeling overwhelmed and found useful tools for dealing with this in the book eg aromatherapy, movement, cryotherapy and nature baths. Personally I’m a fan of music therapy, and Lori Maxwell has now introduced me to solfeggio frequencies for choosing the right sounds at the right time. Great information throughout.
