About the Author
Amy Smathers is passionate about seeing women walk freely in their identity in Christ and advocating for biblical justice issues, from human trafficking to global poverty. Combining her foreign policy experience in Washington D.C. and passion for ministry, she founded The Well Initiative, a non-profit organization created to support vulnerable women and girls globally through leadership training and economic empowerment. Amy currently resides with her husband in Los Angeles, California.

What an incredibly breathtaking explanation of Christ’s Gospel love and leading as He calls us to step forward to do the things he’s called us too. This book serves to inspire the newly called leader and serves as a powerful refresh and reset for someone who has been serving the Lord for years. So many powerful exhortations and encouragement from a woman who I can personally testify doesn’t just talk to the talk but has walked it faithfully over the years. I love Amy’s vulnerability and transparency, her heart for sharing Christ’s love through The Well and in a myriad of other ways that she has led and loved so many over the years.
