Game changer! Get it. 🧘🏼♀️
So this little phone is PERFECT. I mean this coming from a mom that has a child that is 7 years old and very much a busy body. (ADHD..) now I know what most parents say kids shouldn’t have phones at such a young age. I’ve been stuck in that also…BUT YOU CONTROL THE PHONE. Every aspect of the phone is controlled by you (besides times kids can make calls but I think that’s a safety thing..and I just take it at night before bed). The phone looks amazing and high tech which kids love. It seems durable so far, very sturdy. It comes with a case and phone charger cable cord. The set up maybe takes 30mins. For $70 this phone gives kids a sense of responsibility and a way to learn technology but with all rules provided by an app you control. (Fool proof I’ve tried every way). The value of this phone is beyond the price! It’s very functional able when on the go and the location is very much exact. The his helps give parents a peace of mind when they are at a sitters or even out at the grocery store. My 7 year old has figured out to use it in about 3 days. (Only allowed messages and calling certain contacts for now and no internet ..this is also in use for visitations with her dad to have something that makes her feel comfortable to be able to call me whenever she would like).Battery life I’m not quite sure yet. But we haven’t charged it and she’s on it here and there to call family and texts. But again 7 year old is not browsing the internet just my rules. But it’s literally perfect for what I bought it for.Picture of size and the color of the case and the box and shipping was fast and easy!Great starter phone, for highly smart kids that just would like to have a peace of mind to be able to reach you when not with you! Something’s money can’t buy. Will be using this for a while! LOVE IT. Get it! Run don’t walk. Purchase it if your kid is begging for a phone but you don’t want the extra stressors as a parent on what they might download! You legit have to approve all contacts they add and all apps. (Even to allow pictures and camera)Seriously whoever invented this was SMART.

Child safety ,and screen time management
A Great Phone for Kids with Some Initial HurdlesI purchased the Teracube Thrive in black for my daughter from Amazon for $65.91 on September 11 and I received it right the next day , I was initially thrilled with the device. The phone’s parental controls seemed robust location cannot be disabled by child , and I was excited to set up screen time limits, bedtime routines, and app restrictions. However, things took a turn when I took the phone to T-Mobile to activate it. Initially, it worked perfectly, but three days later, the Teracube logo appeared over my apps, limiting functionality. I was frustrated and contacted Teracube’s support team. After some back-and-forth, I learned that I needed to purchase a $100 lifetime license to unlock the phone’s full functionality. This was a bit of a shock, and I wasn’t expecting it. The support team, particularly Joy, was helpful in guiding me through the process. The phone’s customizable routines and parental controls have been a game-changer for us. We can set reasonable time limits for games and apps, and monitor screen time. My daughter can now play with her games with reasonable time limits and continue learning languages in the Duolingo App as well. I’m so happy this phone is available and can help so many concerned parents with their pre-teens and teenagers, like myself, keep helping them make the best use of time, and balancing between fun and the important things. Some notable features include:- Customizable Routines: You can create different routines for different times of the day or situations, such as:- Nighttime Routine: Apps you choose are blocked during designated hours, but phone calls are still allowed.- Daytime Routine: Set app restrictions and limits during the day.- Weeknight Routine: I Created a routine for school nights with specific app restrictions and limits.- Weekend Routine: Set a different routine for weekends with more relaxed app access.- No School Days: Create a custom routine for days when school is out.- Individual App Settings: Customizable time allowances for each app.- Parental Controls: Robust features to monitor and manage app usage, screen time, and more.- Application Management: Parents have full control over app installation and usage.- Google Family Link Integration: The phone is compatible with Google Family Link, a separate app that allows parents to manage their child’s screen time, app usage, and more.Pros:- Robust parental controls- Customizable app settings- Enhanced child safety through monitoring and management features- Affordable price pointCons:- Partially unlocked status may cause confusion- Additional $100 lifetime license fee- Unlock process may take time- Support team requires scheduling callbacks via parent app and emails take time to respond- No built-in voicemail feature (but users can download an app like T-Mobile’s Visual Voicemail to access voicemails)Overall, I’m pleased with the phone’s performance, and I think it’s a great option for parents looking for a reliable and customizable device for their kids. Despite the initial bumps, the phone’s benefits make it worth considering. Special thanks to Joy from Teracube’s support team for her help. So far Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Returning and canceling
Update:Celeste of three months of owning this phone we had to return it three times. The first phone was very slow, the second one would not hold charge, and the third one is not able to send text or place Kohl’s. In less than three months of being with Teracube, we were only able to use this phone handful of times because it has either been replaced or we’re waiting on a new SIM card. The customer support is pretty nice and trying to be helpful but not being able to call them right away is inconvenient. I decided to cancel my subscription and return the phone. This is an excellent phone for a younger child. I was not aware of its existence until another mom told me about it. My daughter had a couple kids watches for us to be able to locate her and get in touch with her. However, the watches would break within six months. We recently got her this phone. It seems to be durable, she can easily call or text us, she can get her favorite apps on this phone as well. And for me as a parent, it is easy to see what she is doing on the phone and have control of all the apps.We had a little bit of a technical issue with our first phone, but the customer support has been amazing. It was very easy to get in touch with them and the phone was replaced within a couple of days with no charge
