    The best gift to yourself and others
    I can’t believe I have this book, I’ve been following Dandapani work for about 6 years. First by watching his YouTube videos, later on I did his meditation course, and there is where my life started to change. Not because of meditation, but his realistic and practical teachings. I got to see him speaking in Munich and got hooked by his humility and how relatable his examples were. He tells it how it is and teaches you to rely in your own spine. He doesn’t sell BS, he really shares tools that works and help you improve your life. Examples? I am way more focus, my willpower has tremendously increased, I’m able to calm my self in stress situations and see with clarity, and I have simplify and prioritize my life. Everyday I use his teachings and since then I haven’t lost my time with another “self help guru”. This man is the real deal and this book will be the best gift and investment for yourself, trust me on that one. I hope you enjoy his teachings as much as I do. Where awareness goes energy flows!

    Learn to control your awareness and how to direct your focus and you’ll change your life
    I’ve been following Dandapani for the last 3-4 years and I have to say that one of his speeches it was the one that changed my life and mindset completely. I was struggling in a negative family environment believing for myself whatever they believed for themselves and they projected to me who they think I am. Once I started following and using the tools that he was speaking about my life completely changed to something I never dreamed of. In the next few years by using most of what he is teaching I became a total different person and I acquired skills never imagined I could. A book must have. A book must read. A book guide must use. Thank you Dandapani for sharing your knowledge and wisdom with us.

    Good, not great 3.5 stars overall.
    I have enjoyed listening to Dandapani speak at times and was enthused to order the book when I heard it was in the works.It’s a good read and I found it a good use of my time, but falls short of great in my opinion. The text is too long for the amount of information provided and much of the text is repeated throughout. He describes the immense power of understanding both awareness and the inner workings of the mind, but provides very little depth of knowledge regarding those. He basically says that awareness and mind are different things. Awareness moves within and illuminates individual areas of the mind. This is where energy flows and thus you’d be wise to learn to control when and where your awareness flows in the mind. He describes this as focus and the duration of focus as concentration. Again, it’s a good read, but could have been much better for me personally if it went deeper. I feel the whole topic was covered on a pretty superficial level and then repeated too many times.

    A Life transformative work lovingly told
    This is a tremendous body of work simplified for everyone to understand and follow. The ability to focus is never taught to us during our life through western education. Yet, it remains the most important and fundamental skill that needs to be acquired at a very early age in order to lead a meaningful and by extension a successful and happy life. This book by Dandapani addresses the subject in a direct and unambiguous manner that is made accessible to anyone who cares to seek. His love and compassion for humanity and this world underpins the delivery style which is modern and contemporary and bridges the time immemorial philosophical concepts and wisdom with today’s world. I am honored and profoundly grateful to have come across this and felt the impact of the change within the first few pages. Thank you O master – my Guru.

    Good book
    I enjoyed reading the book. Interesting information on focus, concentration and being present. I walked away with new insight into how to move along sad, angry, depressed…etc, thinking. I recommend it.

    Just finished the last page. Going to have to read it a few times from the beginning to absorb the information the way I would like to. For a lot of people, this book may not come at the right time or phase of life for them but this is what I needed. Looking forward to remembering the things I learned from this book for my ongoing concentration issues. This book is also not full of “fluffy” text about focus.

    This book by Dandapani is the single greatest book available for understanding the functioning of the mind lucidly without getting into any clinical psychology jargon. This book is also completely different from the usual cliche motivational belief books which just give a temporary feel-good factor, but no real improvement. This book by Dandapani offers a real improvement in our everyday lives. The tools and practices, and rituals offered by Dandapani in this book and in his video course “Unwavering Focus” is truly amazing, very easy to comprehend and 100% practically life-changing. This book has actual tools which can improve our focus and emotional heath in day-to-day life. It has no complex meditation philosophical jargon. It is very easy to understand with real-life examples and common sense. I recommend this book to be read not just once, but multiple times so as to increase our understanding of its profundity.
