    Meet deadlines without the stress
This was the best book I’ve read on time management. I love that it takes a more holistic approach and explains the psychology behind our productivity problems. It breaks down bio rhythms and how to find ours and implement the best schedule for that particular rhythm. I have adhd so procrastination and burnout are big issues for me, but the methods described here, like micro-tasks and habit-stacking, make so much sense and seem easy to incorporate. I’m excited to begin using these techniques to improve my productivity, overcome procrastination, meet my goals, and achieve a better work-life balance.

    Not mental exhaustion
An ideal book for me, especially at this time when I’m working and studying. I liked the tips and strategies for preventing procrastination and completing my homework on time, as well as habit stacking to maintain those organizational habits; and learning how to save energy and not exhaust my body so quickly. The advice in the book gave me a better idea for finding a better balance between work and my studies, since I need to create time to review and better understand the subjects I’m studying, and due to work exhaustion, I haven’t found that time. I will also follow the advice to better balance my time for my family and my personal life. It is an excellent and very useful book. I recommend it

My grade for it would be a B plus.
The book is about managing time. It talks about not wasting hours and about using them in better ways. I understood the part about making lists to get more done. It also said not to let procrastination win because that hurts your balance. I think it is a good book for people who want to feel more free in their life.

Great for both personal and professional development.
If you love reading personal and professional development books, this is the perfect combination of the two. I love the approach that the author takes. It isn’t about equal time in a work /life balance situation–it is about intentional time–putting your efforts where they are most in line with who you are and what you want to achieve. This book isn’t just theory or passive ideas; I love that there are actually actionable steps that you can immediately implement in this book. And for all the methods that are introduced, there are step-by-step instructions for implementing them–like the pomodoro method or even just how to delegate. While this book was quite a fast read, it is something that you will want to highlight or flag and come back to repeatedly!

Time Management For Everyone: Strategies to Improve Your Work-Life Balance, Increase Your Efficiency & Productivity, Deal with Procrastination & Give You More Time and Freedom by FREEDOM PUBLICATIONSWhat I like about this book is that there are so many different techniques and methods to achieve your goal, whether for work or at home.I do a fairly good job but do tasks as they are needed to be done. Not many sit around for months or years. I try to get up early to get the natural sun to knit by with a quiet home and hot cup of tea. Can spend 15 minutes or hours til we are ready to go hiking. we get oursteps in, and get to spend time with one another. Rest of the day is varied, no projects but I expand my hobby by finding new stitches to knit.

Amazing resource to help you grow in your work, time, and relationships
I love how this book breaks down time management and the many facets that make it up. Along with the Pomodoro Technique, the Plan Do Check Act, and Kaizen, there are so many other parts that make up time management. Efficiency, deligation, circadian rhythms to determine your most active times, mindfulness, and so much more. I never realized tracking your sleep could actually determine the best part of the day to work those difficult projects. With reflective exercises and personal stories adding a nice personal touch for those who struggle with just reading the author supplies some nice visual aids that will help your understanding. Most importantly don’t forget empathy and the importance of showing yourself empathy. Amazing book!

I appreciate how this book adds another dimension to time management by examining psychological factors. One does not normally consider this. The focus was to organize oneself. This is the reason I like this book. It also gives a clear guide tailored for professionals seeking control over their chaos—offering practical tools like effective task-breaking, Pomodoro techniques, and prioritization frameworks. It emphasizes paying attention to your physical and mental well-being to conquer procrastination and avoid task-switching to foster both focus and fulfillment. The book shines in its pragmatic approach—no complex systems, just realistic strategies you can implement today. If you’re after actionable habits that bring back balance, this serves as a friendly, accessible starting point.
