Works well for me.
I’ve use this product multiple times daily for cleaning both back and front. I’ve had to figure out my own way of using it for cleaning my backside. I use it from the side rather than from the back. It works better that way for me. I also roll the toilet paper up and fold it down over the top. This way the paper covers the wand and it stays clean. I then take the toilet paper off by hand by carefully unrolling it so as not to touch the soiled section. It has worked better than anything else I’ve tried. It does break and I do replace pieces as they break. I don’t use the third section. I only use the top and handle. The handle will break, especially if it falls. The top section will break also. I’m not opposed to replacing it as it gets used very often. I don’t expect it to last indefinitely. I have one in my bathroom, one in my bakcpack with a roll of toilet paper that I can use when I leave the house. I carry it in a draw string bag. I also have one in our second bathroom. I try to have one new extra handle on hand in case one breaks so I can just swap out the broken one. The whole set is expensive so I just buy one every now and then to keep in stock in my house for just in case. I will not be without it.

ONE BIG FLAW: FLIMSY
I loved the idea of how this design is supposed to work, but (as other reviewers have also stated) it is quite flimsy. I purchased one of the extender links offered w/it (paid total of 63.70 w/tax; expensive!), and when you try to use this aid, it “moans and groans” at all the places where a link joins to another one, and the whole thing then tends to bend/sway a little. Doesn’t seem as if it could possibly last through very many uses! Also, after you’ve finished w/toilet paper, if you want to cleanse w/one of the commercial “flushable moist wipes” (and don’t we all??), b/c of the moisture, it slips right out of the grabber! If it just worked as intended, it would be my favorite of all the toilet-wiper aids I’ve ever tried. And I’ve tried several… my favorite thus far being the “Juvo Toilet Aid – Personal Bottom Wiping Tool,” that I bought here on Amazon. But even it has a very-aggravating flaw: the ‘spring’ inside (which makes the grabber end open and close) stops working between a few days and a few months. Never had ANY wiper aid to last even a year. Why can’t someone make a QUALITY toilet wiper?!! Seems that would not be a hard task in this day and age!

Product management on their game
This is an outstanding product. Then have a problem with it whatsoever. How it was listed was a bit confusing but I did contact seller. They were happy that I advised them with the problem was Just A Minor error and listing. The person I talked to was in upper management and they thank me for making them aware of what is confusing to the public. They said they would take care of this and list accordingly. I’ve just checked and they have relisted one with all the accessories. They call it Freedom one master kit. Great people great product

It works – sort of. Convenient to carry in coat pocket.
The other reviews are right – this does not hold onto paper very well. Many reviewers talked about how the tool doesn’t hold paper very well, and the seller responded that people weren’t following the directions. I bought this anyway. But… the other reviews are honest and correct – this does NOT hold paper very securely. I bought it for a trip – I have a long one, but a two piece tool with a bag i could stick in my coat pocket seemed like a great idea. It IS a great idea.I followed the directions, and, based on the sellers’ comments here, was SURE to use plenty of paper and to push it way down into the jaws. It still falls off. Overall, I was glad to have it, even if the paper falls off it can be used (carefully). It also does not make as solid a connection between the two parts as I expected.

Freedom hygiene wand.
This product works well once you figure out the best way, fold about 18” of paper until its about 6 or 7” long then twist one corner tightly and clamp it in the tip, then pull the paper down over the tip, however, this new redesigned tip doesn’t work as well as the older one did, it grips the paper tighter but when the button is pushed the paper remains stuck in the tip. I know people complained that the older ones didn’t grip the paper tight enough, probably because they weren’t twisting it like I do. guess I will have to adapt. I wonder if you could produce a small hard case for this, in addition to the cloth pouch? which is great by the way. nevertheless this product is still far and away better than any other similar product. Thanks.

Simple and effective
Very handy and easy to use. A bit pricey but at least they also sell just the top part for less, which works fine on it’s own.User tip: when loading, help the gripper fingers by pressing them together and push them in. I think it will help with the life of the grippers.

Buy it…great product…helps your dignity.
I have advanced Ankalosing Spondolosis and Ive been hurting myself in attemps to clean myself. I had another device that wouldn’t hold paper. However, this product holds the paper and doesn’t come off until you release it. I found that if you fan out the paper and squeeze tight the bottom of the fan and place it in the unit, from there you fluff out the top of the tissue, covering over the green prongs, this way you keep the unit clean. This is a great product and I’m so happy I found it.
They make you pay a fee to play my old ps3 games, this was why I bought the ps5 because in the ad it said I could play ps3 but didn’t say I needed to have the ps subscription. –
This butt wand is excellent but the plastic material is weak and can’t stand to much pressure while wiping that can crack the handle part around the release button.

Bought this product with great hopes but as my other reviewers stated the prongs break. It seems that product itself always has two prongs break, I tested this by buying another one thinking it might be a one off but it happened again. The interesting thing is the two prongs left hang on for dear life as opposed to the other two the broke instantly.I would say just make the two prongs standard and sturdier. In the end for now don’t waste your money as I did!

I needed the third piece for one of my wands that cracked.. this is the only piece that is available without buying the whole wand at exhorbitant prices..

I was completely, completely dissatisfied with this purchase. The unit does not hold toilet paper whatsoever and trying to secure wipes into the unit was a disaster. Didn’t use it and placed in storage bag as a reminder of money wasted.
