Strong magnetic hold but suction cup needs occasional reseating
Been using this phone mount in my truck for about a month now and the magnetic hold is seriously impressive. My phone snaps on with a satisfying click and stays put even on bumpy Alabama backroads. I’ve hit some rough patches and potholes without the phone flying off which was my biggest concern. The dual ring magnet design they mention really does grip stronger than other magnetic mounts I’ve tried before. My phone is one of the larger ones and it holds it securely in portrait or landscape without any drooping. The 360 degree rotation and adjustable arm make it easy to position exactly where I want it, and I can swing it out of the way when passengers need more space. The zinc alloy arm feels solid, not flimsy plastic that might break over time. Now the suction cup has been mostly good but not perfect. It stuck to my windshield fine initially, but after about two weeks I noticed it had loosened slightly and needed to be pressed down and relocked. This happened again a week later during a hot day when the interior got pretty warm. Once reseated it holds strong again, but I was hoping for more of a set-it-and-forget-it experience. The nano gel surface does come off clean without residue when I’ve repositioned it. The foldable design is nice for storage though I just leave mine mounted. The included metal rings are a good addition for non-magsafe phones. The enclosed magnet design doesn’t seem to affect my GPS or calls from what I can tell. For daily driving this works well, just check the suction occasionally especially in temperature extremes.

Honestly this is the best magsafe car mount I have had. I’ve had it for a few months and it truly is super strong and my phone does not fall off whatsoever, regardless of the terrain. Super easy to mount and has a really strong hold via the magnet. Getting the phone on and off is such a breeze and there are no issues at all of your phone has a case because the magnet is super strong. Moreover, it can be installed in any location. Love this item and worth the purchase!!! TORRAS is always trustworthy.

After I have positioned the mount and brought my iPhone near to my face, it immediately snaps into place, eliminating the need for me to attempt to find the precise alignment. Considering that I often get into the vehicle with a bag or a cup of coffee in one hand, this is more significant than I had anticipated. The phone can be attached and removed with just one hand using this mount, and it does not seem fussy or picky in any way. One hand is all that is required. After the phone has been linked, the hold has been shown to be the most reliable. My daily commute takes me over some difficult terrain and a couple of speed bumps, both of which used to cause my phone to bounce or tilt when it was mounted on other devices. The phone does not move from this position. After hitting a pothole, I have not had the screen slowly rotating away from me, nor have I had the phone slide down or snap off. Neither of these things has happened to me. Even when I purposefully touched the phone to change the view of the map, the mount did not sway like a pendulum; rather, it remained stable. Additionally, the rotational adaptability of 360 degrees is more beneficial than it may seem on paper. Additionally, the mount allows me to tilt and angle the phone in a fluid manner, allowing me to switch between portrait mode for rapid instructions and landscape mode when I am pursuing a lengthier route. I am able to adjust it so that it is high enough for me to peek at the navigation without having to lower my eyes too much, and then I can tilt it slightly to reduce the amount of glare that I experience when driving during the middle of the day. It has remained in that position during the duration of the journey, rather than progressively moving in a different direction after I adjusted the angle.

Magnetic magsafe car mount at first I didn’t like it but I had to position it on my windshield in a way that works I wanted it on the dash but the way my dashboard is it wasn’t ideal
