Fantastic as a handheld docking dongle
So I have a Retroid Pocket 5 and was very unsatisfied with the dock options. Prices are crazy and nothing out there looks to be made of quality. Being familiar with some of ugreens other products I thought I’d just try this and am very happy I did.First, it’s really nice to have a dongle rather than a actual dock. This right away opens the adapter up for use with many other devices. Seems really well made, too. The shell is either a zinc alloy or aluminum and just feels well made. The cord is sturdy as well. Great size, too.One thing to note – It doesn’t seem to support charging and if it does, it’s extremely slow. This may be a deal killer for some. I just think for the sale price of $9.99 it’s worth despite this.Otherwise, it’s just plug and play. Works excellent with the Android based Retroid 5 and it looks fantastic outputting 1080p and an external display. You cannot go wrong with this – the price is right and the usefulness is far reaching.

I ordered this because, due to breaking my MacBook air screen, I needed a way to attach an external display. And didn’t recall I didn’t need it. But it works, and the price is fine.The only downside is that it doesn’t support USB-C devices, and with my MacBook Air, there is only 2 USB ports on the system. So this wasn’t sufficient by itself for my needs. As a second hub, I will use it for additional USB-3 and USB-2 ports.

Display works with HDMI
Supports 2160×1440@60fps 14-inch display via HDMI, keyboard, and high speed SSD at once. The display did not work via USB-C with this UGREEN model and the one that doesn’t have HDMI port.

Great Adapter At A Great Price That WORKS!!
I bought this as a replacement for another adapter that just did not work properly (as in SPEED). After a little tweaking in my device settings this adapter took off and never looked back. I have a 2×2 gig connection and this Adapter works, not sure about the 5gb. The cost was a little bit higher than the ones I was replacing but worth it as its pretty much plug in and go. It’s small enough that it is hidden on my desk and the cable is great quality and so is the housing which is aluminum. I can’t remember where I found the tweaks for the adapter, so I can’t include that. But, overall, this product is worth the few dollars. Make sure you use a Quality Cat 6E or higher cable, the speed difference is crucial, at least in my setup. Customer support is great!!! I just had a question, and they answered that and more. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking for a USB C to RJ45 adapter. Do yourself a favor and pick one of these up if you’re looking for something like this.

Hier wordt hij voornamelijk gebruikt om een extra HDMI uitgang te creëren. Ik had eerst een dongle met 2 HDMI, maar uitgangen in de praktijk is het na elke reboot maar afwachten welke van de twee beeld geeft. Dat probleem heb je met deze dus niet. Werkt uitstekend en ik heb er ook nog een paar USB poorten bij. Wat wil je nog meer.
