Good customer service, but this case breaks 🙁
I’ve been using this case for about 6 months now, and while it certainly offers some protection, it does leave a lot of the phone exposed… Not to mention, the tab at the top to release the phone sticks out a lot and really adds to the bulk/unwieldy quality of the case. It’s not at all easy to grip in one hand while using the phone, and there’s nowhere to attach a popsocket type thing (if I even trusted a popsocket to hold the weight of the phone….). I was hoping the clip attachment could function like a popsocket and give something to grip onto, but it really doesn’t work for that. But that’s just my basic impressions. The reason I came to write this review is that today one of the corners simply snapped off. I see it’s not only me; another reviewer had the same thing happen, albeit a lot closer to the time of purchase. But this is supposed to be a rugged case! If it occurred as a result of an impact, at least I’d say, “well, better the case than the phone.” But it didn’t. As far as I can tell it simply broke, and I only noticed when my finger found the sharp edge left where it broke off.I’m disappointed that this is the quality we get for this case… It makes me wonder how “rugged” the phone itself is, too. A few months ago the opposite corner took a hit and put a dent in the phone. Because the case doesn’t protect the front edge of the phone at all. Sheesh.I have contacted Ulefone about this to see if they’ll send me a replacement. I’ll update the review if/when I hear back.UPDATEI reached out to Ulefone on Wednesday. On Friday they dispatched a new case, and I had it in hand by Saturday. That is a way faster turnaround time than I was expecting, and I am impressed. I do hope that the crack on the old case was a manufacturing defect and I won’t have to deal with this again, but only time will tell. Regardless, my thanks to the ulefone staff who were able to help me out!UPDATE #2The new case cracked in exactly the same place. I think it’s just a defect in the design somehow. What a pain. I guess I’ll try to fix it with tape since it hasn’t come all the way off and clearly each case is just going to keep doing this. The image with the corner entirely missing is the first case. The image with the crack is the second case. Given that the phone isn’t even in the case and it has that gap, I can only imagine that the material is molded in such a way that it is constantly under internal stress. I have to *push* it to make the halves of the crack touch. Not great.

Doesn’t Hold My Phone in the Position I Expected — Returning ASAP
I bought this phone holster thinking the clip would hold my phone upright on my belt or clip it securely for easy access. Unfortunately, both clips hang the phone upside down when worn, and the weight of the phone drags it downward. It doesn’t work well for my belt‑clip setup or carry style. If the clip allowed the phone to sit horizontally or upright that would be a big improvement. I return it the next day.

I guess some case is better than nothing, but beware of the flimsy bottom corners
The case is made of what appears to be standard plastic, with no internal TPU material for cushioning as is sometimes found on other cases such as Spigen.I have had this case for 35 days and have not dropped my phone/case (I rarely use it, as I have a primary phone I use every day). Somehow the bottom right corner of the case has managed to crack. See attached photos.I have a 3D printer, and I would have printed this case in a more durable filament in order to withstand of the weight of the phone, as the phone itself is heavier than most.I would like to amend the review. The seller responded promptly to my review and offered a full refund, however, I received a replacement from ulefone; so I must say they will make it right! 🙂

Okay. Wish Ulefone had a case the protect the screen.
The case holds up well to abrasion and drops, but doesn’t protect the phone as well as cases for other phones. The case mostly adds a little protection to the sides and back of the phone. It is low profile, except for the tab at the top so, the case is really not very noticeable. The phone itself seems durable enough that the case only seems to add a little more protection.

Useless
Not thrilled with these case at all. Nice attachments but there is only a tiny clip holding your phone in the case. What good is that? You bump into anything and your phone will hit the ground. While the case stays on your belt. Save your money poor engineering.

Decent
It makes the phone even more bulky and wasn’t comfortable in the pocket. It would be more useful if it had more attachments
