I have both the B06+ and the B06 Pro+. The former I’ve had for years and use in my car. It makes a sublte tone when my phone connects to it in my car, and occasionally it gets pulled out to use as a festival camp site speaker connection point because it probably has 100 reliable feet of open space range, in practice. It doesn’t scream words at you every time something happens, it just works. I bought another B06+ for my parents to use because it was so simple to use.I needed another for another space I’m setting up, and figured I’d opt for the higher tier one this time, since there was a coupon available that made it seem competitive with just the B06+ model (which also had a coupon and I could have just spent less money overall, but here we are). It’s essentially just the same thing with a screen, some buttons, and some antennas. I haven’t really done any range testing, but as long as it’s not less range than the internally antenna’d B06+, I’m sure its great.Only issue I’m running into is that while it connects beautifully to my macbook pro, the only way for me to convince my computer to disconnect from the B06 Pro+ is to physically get up and hold the power button on the receiver until it powers down completely.I’m not taking any stars off because it’s done its job really well, all of them that I’ve interacted with have been great. It’s worth half of the price just because it doesn’t try to talk to you, just gives you calm subtle and fairly quiet beeps and blips. There’s nothing worse than turning your car on with speakers still on full blast from last night and getting “BLUETOOTH CONNECTED” sent through your earbuds at 110db.This product probably didn’t need my review, but what are ya gonna do?

Superb sound quality. Love the 3D sound virtualization setting. Flawless connection and great distance too. I was able to still stay connected moving about 80 feet from my home to the garage with multiple walls in between.Optical is the way to go y’all. Best and fast way to transfer audio information.I have this Bluetooth receiver hooked up to the old school 5.1 Logitech Z-5500 (500watt RMS 1000watt max!) and my house shakes with crystal clear lows mids and highs.If you have some nice old school speakers or amps that do not have Bluetooth capabilities then this receiver is for you.

High Quality Sound, High Quality Customer Support
My application for the B06 Pro is sending music from my Windows 10 computer to my Sony STR-DG520 Home Theatre Amplifier/Receiver. I used to do this by using Miracast to cast music from the computer to the TV and then from the TV through an optical cable to the Home Theatre Amp/Receiver. This got my music from the computer to my speaker system but the sound quality was poor. I also had to reconnect the Miracast device on the TV whenever I wanted to listen to music through the home theatre speaker system.I ordered the B06 Pro with the hope of improving my music listening experience. I always feel that the quality of a product’s packaging is an indication of the quality of the product. If the packaging is cheap and “low-end”, then the product is probably “low-end” also. The B06 Pro packaging is definitely “high-end” and the product design reinforces that feeling. The user interface is easy and intuitive and includes: Power On/Off; Play/Pause/Pair; Next/Previous Track; Volume Up/Down; 3D Sound Effect On/Off.With my new setup, the B06 Pro connects to the computer via Bluetooth. The music goes by Bluetooth from the computer to the B06 Pro and then through an optical cable to the Home Theatre Amp/Receiver. The sound quality is excellent and there is no interference. The B06 Pro stays connected so, when I want to to listen to music, all I have to do is turn on the Home Theatre Amp/Receiver and start the music playing on the computer.Even though the B06 Pro setup is simple, I did have a minor issue at first. When I contacted Customer Support they responded immediately and resolved my problem. You can buy the B06 Pro with confidence; it’s a high-quality device, it performs beautifully and the Customer Support is first-class.

this unit performed well throughout the house without any loss of signal. lots of connection choices. paired easily with my iphone. i have this connected to an older sony receiver that does not have bluetooth capability but i want to use this receiver because of powerful output to all speakers. it was state of the art in 1990. newer receivers off more connections but lack somewhat in output. i also use one of the receiver built in a/c outlets to power the b06 ultra. when the receiver shut off the b06 shuts off and when turned on it pairs back up to the last connected device. my only reason for not 5 stars is on previous b06 models if you were listening in the 3d mode it came back on to 3d when powered on. this unit requires you to press the 3d button on every power on if thats what you prefer.

Nice affordable Bluetooth receiver especially if you stream Hi Def
I have purchased both this receiver and the B06 Plus. Both are very nice and simple to use. I am connecting to a high-quality audio system and speakers through an Android phone. The Ultra has noticeably better audio quality and uses a better DAC than the plus, though it is not the absolute top of the line. It has the added bonus that you can connect using the LDAC codec, which offers the highest quality Bluetooth streaming available. If you are streaming Hi-Res music this is the way to go. Unfortunately, this not available on Apple devices, where you are stuck with AAC. In that case you might go with the B06 plus. This one also seems to have a longer range, for me well over 30 feet through walls in the house.

Comprei para conectar a TV e um celular Samsung A05 que uso somente para player de áudio via Qobuz.Ouvindo streaming em HD (24/192khz) não houve falhas na transmissão, enquanto é nítido as diferenças apresentadas na qualidade do streaming. Selecionando uma quantidade inferior ou superior, nota-se que realmente há uma entrega de qualidade.No uso da TV não seria diferente, apresentando um áudio muito bom, conectado a um amplificador Denon via cabo óptico. Uso somente para games.Por último, não menos importante, vale mencionar a opção 3D. Essa opção ativa um modo Sourround que “aumenta” a quantidade sonora. Em audios não remasterizados, pelo menos em músicas, revitaliza o som para os menos puristas. Ouvir música estéreo em um setup HI-FI, para muitos, não pode haver alterações artificiais, porém, no meu caso, gostei da alteração artificial.Produto muito bom e recomendado.
