What type of phone is this, and does it support internet or display incoming numbers?

This is a CORDED landline phone, not a cordless one. It only supports RJ11 TELEPHONE LINE connections and does not work with the internet. The phone has no display screen, so it cannot show incoming call numbers.

How do I store a phone number to a one-touch photo dial button?

1.Pick up the handset. 2.Press the STORE button. 3.Input the phone number. 4.Press STORE button again. 5.Press one of the picture buttons. 6.Replace the handset.

What should I do if I hear a busy signal during the photo dial button storage?

If you hear a “beep-beep-beep” during storage, don’t worry—it’s just a busy signal sent by the switchboard. Continue the steps, and the number will store correctly. Afterward, press the stored button to check if it dials correctly.

How does the one-touch dialing feature work? How many digits can the picture buttons store?

This phone is equipped with one-touch dialing buttons that allow users to store important contacts. Users can replace the button images with photos of family or friends. Note: The picture buttons can store up to 16-digit number.

Is the big button landline phone suitable for seniors?

Yes, this phone is particularly suitable for seniors due to its user-friendly design, which includes large buttons and clear sound quality. The simplicity of the features makes it accessible for those who may have difficulty with standard phones.

Well…I may have “done myself in”, but it is a GREAT phone!
My husband has trouble dialing phones. I have bought him several cell phones, a watch phone, and five different landline-type phones. ONE of the landline-types, he can use, at home. However, right now, he is in a nursing home/physical rehabilitation facility. Their “princess style” touch-tone phone did not work for him.I brought him a different one, that we had at home, tucked away. He could not use that, either. So…, I got this one for him. I put my cell phone number and work number in the first two slots, and took it to him.THIS phone, he can use, and BOY, can he use it! He called me four times on it, while I was trying to eat dinner. He called me early in the morning, before I went to work. He is VERY proficient at using this particular phone. The ringer is great, the button sizes are great, and the volume is great. Now, if he’d just use it SPARINGLY!

    Ease of use
This has been a miracle for my husband and his cognitive decline. It brings him peace of mind in that he can do something to stay connected and not feel worthless.

    Works but very Loud
This is great for elderly. I only wish it had more options for the ringer. It is really LOUD even on the lowest setting and the ring is rather obnoxious.

    Volume and Sound Issues
I purchased the phone for my elderly mother who has trouble with sight and sound. Unfortunately, the volume is only adjustable on the ringer not the handset. Also, callers have said that the sound on their end is muffled and not clear. Initially, I really wanted to like this phone because the numbers are large enough for her to see. However, it does not deliver on volume and sound. Hence, the 3 stars. I wish that I had returned it.

    Perfect for the elderly!!
My 98 yr old mom loves this product. Thanks for making the pictures with the autodial work with just a tap (instead of holding it down) !! Brilliant for old people! 🙂

Easy for elderly parent to use
Very easy for my aging father to use. Was easy to set up. Has speaker and adjustable ring tone for hearing impaired and big bold numbers for sight impaired. Insert pictures of family members who are frequently called so no need for dad to remember our numbers.

I ordered this phone for use by a hard of hearing family member who also has sight and memory issues. The phone is quite lightweight, which although doesn’t feel as high quality as some devices, does make it easy to handle and move around. The main plus point for this phone is the huge buttons and the option to be able to allocate a telephone number and photo to each. However, I found it difficult to remove the stock photos. Also, its not a particularly easy feat to source photos of the correct size to replace them. I’m concerned that leaving the stock photos in place could lead to further confusion for some users. On the back of the phone there are options to change the ringer volume to either off, to low or high, the handset volume to medium, high or very high. We’ve set these to high and very high respectively which were suitable for our needs. The volume controls work well. You can also turn “one touch” mode (i.e. the move enabling you to set a telephone number to each button) on and “normal”. Normal mode enables you to type telephone numbers as normal. There’s also a bright red light that flashes when the phone is ringing, another useful feature for those who are hard of hearing. If you are able to source photos of the correct size and are able to replace them for the user, then this phone may well be for you. Given its reasonable price, I consider it to be good value for money.
