Solved the problem!
I have tried every kind of phone for my hard of hearing mother who is 95. This by far is the one that has helped the most. She loves the pictures for the speed dials, which are very easy to set up. She can actually hear through this phone, and it is very simple for her to use. I highly recommend.

Love this phone for seniors. My mom just identifies the person she wants to call and hits the button. Buttons are big and easy to see. I think the only downside is the number of rings. As a senior may not be able to get to the phone quickly, so 3-5 rings is not enough. I’d say up to 20 would be a nice maximum.

Bought this product for my elderly family member and she likes the loud ringer and large easy to red buttons. Very straight forward to install. The sound quality on the other end is excellent. This product allows my family to communicate clearly with her when she calls.

Nether the speaker button nor the number storage buttons work. What’s worse, the sound is very spotty — the phone goes in and out of being really quiet and inaudible.

Bought this for my elderly mother-in-law, who was having trouble using her cell phone. It has enabled her to call again. The sound quality is not perfect, but it works. The presets with photos are good for her.
