Works really great! Other than the left ear phone going in and out but it fixes its self after like 5 minutes. Other than that it works fine 🙂

Overall good but should come fixed
Right headphone came broken didn’t come with back padding for headset and came in a lousy box otherwise really good I don’t really care about the padding but the headphones were really annoying also came with only 1 of the base stations making my tracking horrible going to return

Not great Bob
The Index wouldn’t work with our laptop even when we bought the recommended adaptor. The laptop had correct connections. Then my son used it with my PC preventing both of us from gaming during same time. And then one of the controllers stopped charging. And now we have to return it. This has turned into an overpriced paper weight.

Great purchase
This refurbished VR set is awesome!! They are hard to find under 2K. Other sellers advertise and then never send the product. We were excited to get the Valve VR and my son plays it everyday. Would buy this product from this seller again.

Refurbished… excellent condition. Not.
item came damaged/broken. Base station blinked red and would not connect and the right controller had a stick that did not work. There is a 90 day return policy but an “exception was made” in order for me to return it past 30 days. Seller is difficult to contact. Returning item. My son was heartbroken.
