The Chromecast is a real handy device. I take it on vacation with me whenever I go so I can stream my shows for my laptop to the big TV. I would definitely recommend this purchase.

This little adapter solves a very common headache in my house, namely: how to share a screen without hunting for the right cable. It works well with older televisions and is especially handy to bring along when traveling. Setup is quick, the picture looks good, and once connected it simply carries on without asking for attention. Easier than Buying New TVs!
I didn’t know these existed, and now I’m in love with this thing!It’s a game changer!I don’t have a screen sharing option on my current televisions, and I don’t plan on upgrading them anytime soon, so this was a very cost effective and simple way to get screen sharing capabilities on my TVs and projectors.I love, love, love this item!The instructions are easy to follow, it connects very easily to WiFi, and you don’t have to download another space filling app to use it.Just like the Amazon fire TV sticks, it connects to the television or projectors with an hdmi and then the usb power source plugs into the actual device with a mini usb port. The power cord length isn’t super long, so don’t expect included length to reach from a low floor outlet to mid-high wall mounted television set. It’s a bit shorter than the fire tv stick outlet cord, so it’s not abnormal, but it’s something to keep in mind.This is definitely an item worth having, and I can use it on multiple devices. It’s been one of this year’s favorite purchases.
