Does XREAL One support connection to all devices?
XREAL One requires a device with DisplayPort (DP) output for direct connection. Most newer devices (Mac, iPhone, etc.) support DP. However, some device manufacturers do not provide DP support, so when connecting the glasses, there may be no display.
How do I use XBOX, PS, Switch, and HDMI devices?
HDMI devices need a converter due to incompatible output. For XBOX, PS, and other HDMI devices, please contact XREAL to obtain the latest third-party tools. Switch can be connected using the XREAL Hub.
What should I do if I see content blurry as well as have a need for optical correction?
If you require optical correction, you can contact HONSVR to get customized lenses. Our lens solutions are designed to help reduce eye strain and discomfort caused by prolonged device use, , prioritizing your eye health and overall comfort.
What should I do if I encounter issues with XREAL One? Can XREAL One have more capabilities?
You can visit the website “xreal.com/ota/” to upgrade the firmware of the glasses. Firmware updates can unlock more features and provide ongoing optimization.
Can XREAL Beam Pro be used with XREAL One?
If you own a XREAL Beam Pro, to use it with XREAL One, please update XREAL Beam Pro to the latest system version and the latest “my glasses” version. After updating, you can connect and use them together.

Amazing device, game changer for remote work and gaming.
These glasses have been amazing and life changing. That phrase is sometimes overused and I contemplated using it here, however it really h as changed a chunk of my life as a remote/hybrid IT worker. I am now able to work with a large virtual display, the ultrawide setting acts like 2 monitors for me and allows me to keep productivity up while on the go. Previously to this I had an external USB-C monitor I would use from time to time, but most of the time I would just be on a single laptop screen which really slows down some workflows. This device being so much smaller and easier to setup than a secondary display (I can use this anywhere, no need for extra table space, etc) has really improved things.I have astigmatism and a decently strong RX, with the inserts I purchased everything is very clear and easy to work in.I also enjoy some gaming/movie/youtube watching on these. They pair excellently with the ROG Ally X, and I am sure would pair great with other similar handhelds which support USB-C DP.Highly recommend, so much better than a Quest 3 or other VR headset for remote work, light weight and does not make my face hot like the quest does.

Best AR glasses out atm.
I have the Xreal Air, Air2, and the One’s (as well as the Vitures and Rokid Max glasse)s and the Xreal One’s are definitely the best. The smooth follow mode is great. When you turn your head the screen follows your gaze, but smoothly, there’s a little bounce to it and it’s not pinned directly to your eyes and make it much more comfortable and less jarring to use. Being able to adjust the screen size and perceived distance is great too (personally I like the screens slightly smaller not completely filling my field of view).One thing you’ll want for sure is light blockers, makes the viewing experience MUCH better, they kill the glare (glare from your shirt can be really bad). A Great Product But Not All Inclusive
This product produces a sharp clear picture and awesome sound and can be used in any type of lighting including direct sunlight. The glasses are not compatible with older or lower end tech and in some cases X reel approved accessories and adaptors may be necessary making the glasses overall expense pricey. I use the glasses for a large screen private theater like experience. The glasses are light and can be comfortably used for long periods. I personally enjoy my glasses and will purchase the accessories as my needs grow and I see potential.

Great product with many use cases.
This headset is light with great resolution. Since it’s powered by the device it’s connected to, you don’t need to worry about the battery life. There are so many use cases for this product and following are my use cases:1. Use Xreal One as a display while working on a train. Working on a train with laptop display isn’t comfortable. It creates so much strain on my neck. Now with the Xreal One, I can just rest my head on the headrest and relieve my neck from strain. Furthermore, there isn’t much light going out of the headset so this doubles as a privacy screen.2. Use Xreal One as a giant display on a long haul fight. Load up movies on your phone or tablet and just enjoy the cinematic experience the whole flight. I haven’t test the shade mode on a flight but it does dim out quite some when I test at home. Never be bothered again by the curious passenger sitting next to the window who decides to open the shade every 15 minutes.3. Use Xreal One as a camera display. I own a sony video camera plus dji gimbal and the Sony App allows me to use my phone as a monitor when I shoot videos. Connect the phone to Xreal One and now I have a HUD monitor. This is such a strain relief for my back and neck. I no longer need to shoot video in awkward posture holding the handle of the gimbal and keeping my head down trying to view the shoot.Also, the anchor feature works very well. Once you anchor it to a location, it doesn’t move at all even if you move your head “violently”. This is the killer feature for my wife who’s very sensitive to 3D motion sickness. She can wear this for hours without feeling sick.

good but issues
ok the glasses are pretty coolpros.I have the orginals and I will say that the stablizing and the ability to make the screen small and to the corner of your vision is cool so you can do house hold stuff.cons:1. I dont know why but the corner of the left screen is blurry. At first I thought it was my vision but when I switched back to my xreal air the screens are crystal clear. It could be my unit.2. The orginal air got warm at the left temple but not too bad, these get HOT at my eyebrows . Sometimes unbeariable. This is my most major con and the main reason i returned them. Again it might just be my unit. Im hoping the pro model will have this fixed and the screen thinner because they hit my elashes and its unconftable . I like the tech just got to fix the heat issues

Great AR Glasses at a reasonable price
I can’t say enough good things about these. Having come from the Xreal air, I mostly got these because the hinge on my air broke. Its just better in every way though. Even though it doesn’t have the vertical adjusting portion that goes over your ear, I don’t feel like it sits uncomfortably. The speakers are good, the dimming of the lenses to various levels is so much better than having to use those covers from the air, and the built in positional tracking makes it so much more portable than having to carry around the beam. It is still compatible with the beam if you have one btw and works well on my samsung phone (so good with DEX) and well with the usb-c iPhones.

I was all set to experience this new tech , and it still blew my mind! Everything works great. However, I’m taking one star off to suggest improvements in the design and wearing comfort.

First time using AR glasses.I was a little surprised at the FOV being only at 50 degrees, but after using it for sometime, I got used to it.I’ve encountered no issues so far. They’re great for an extra screen for productivity purposes. I can open 3-5 windows with the ultra wide. Although, it’s a little blurry, but that’s expected with early generations of AR.While outside, it can be a little hard to see if it’s bright. In other words, you can see beyond the screen. But if it’s night time, it’s bright enough to block your vision.
