Honestly, it is excellent
I use it with Avaya, built into the computer. As a result I’ve only been using it with the dongle, instead of risking it trying to connect it via Bluetooth. Let me simply say, the connection has been flawless. No instability on any call. No delays. Voice, both me speaking and hearing others, is clear, loud, and overall exceptional. So far this has been a fantastic purchase. The construction of the unit is pretty solid. Some metal and mostly plastic. Fits magnificently with very little slippage once placed on my head. Snug, yet comfortable. The boom mic mutes when I move it in the upward position. All buttons work perfectly. I don’t wear the thing non-stop straight with non-stop calls. I cannot attest to battery life, but it seems solid. For just short of $110, I am astounded as to the quality. I imagine you will be too.

been in a medical desk roll for almost 4 years. have tried multiple headsets. this is by far the best one I have come across. It’s super comfortable on the ear. extremely clear sound. I also enjoy the fact that you can just raise the microphone boom, and it mutes your call.

I gave it four stars because it said it came with two replacement ear pads but came with no replacement ear pads and also because the raise virtual hand in teams doesn’t seem to be working. Other than that i’ve only been using it for an hour or so but so far it’s very comfortable and i can hear whats going on in the teams meeting with no problems and they can also hear me perfectly. I love the mute function by just lifting the boom, hopefully it works this good with my avaya phone. I will update if i find anything else out different or if i have any problems with the battery but since i just started using it i haven’t had a chance to get that far with it yet. Update …today will be my 3rd day of using this headset for my entire shift which is 8 hours from 10am-7pmcst and it gets turned off for my lunch from 2pm-3pm. According to the app on my phone the battery is at 65% and has only been charged once when I first got it so that’s very exciting!! I’m hopeful it does that well for a long time and I am def impressed as that the best battery I’ve ever seen on a wireless headset and that includes several from Plantronics. I suspect I will need to charge it at some point today but I have found out you can still use it while it’s charging which is another awesome feature of this amazing headset. I just wish the raise hand button worked because ids one of the reasons I chose this one, not the main reason but was def a deciding factor.

Battery Life
It is a nice product. However, I work 8-9 hours every day and need to run around while on the phone. As of right now, I am get about 7 hours of life on the battery. Not good for a full work day. 35 hour talk time, no that is not happening.

Great wireless headset; use daily for work meetings
Replaced a Logitech H800 for this.. it was time to replace that cheap plastic.. every time I adjust the headset it would make annoying squeaks.This Yealink is great build quality and fits comfortably on my large head. Its luxury.Sound quality is superb and the cushions are so soft…. could where it all day and not notice.Range was better than expected. Areas in house where previous would cut out from office… this one works perfectly.Only issue ran into was switching from using on Desktop to a new Asus laptop.I would start Teams, and then the audio would literally drop out where I could not hear a thing.After some firmware updates to USB/headset provided by Yeaklink app, and changing settings on ASUS latop.. FINALLY have it working perfectly. Unfortunately, don’t know exact tweaks but I also disabled Noise suppression under general Settings in Teams. I blame Teams.PRO TIP: Buy the charging station! You will thank me later…

If you’re like me and were looking for headphones to prevent other people in your TEAMS meeting hear your children scream and playing then look no further. These work! My wife and I share an office space in our home and when she’s on a TEAMS meeting or speaking with someone it cannot be heard by anyone I am speaking or talking to or if I’m in a TEAMS meeting at the same time. It legit blocks everything surrounding you out. It doesn’t matter how loud she’s speaking or how loud my children are screaming the other people on the other line cannot hear them. We tested it and had our kids purposely scream loud while my wife was talking while I listened on my headset in another room and silence, couldn’t even hear them. Highly recommend!This is the wife mentioned above leaving a review…I wanted to add that this headset works with other applications not just TEAMS. I have it paired to my work cell and works very well with phone calls. The noise cancelling microphone is amazing. Battery life is long. I work 10 hour shifts. I use it all day and it hasn’t died on me yet. The headphones are padded so it’s very comfortable. Sounds quality is good. I have nothing negative to say about these headphones. 100% recommend! I’d give it 10 stars if I could.

Super produit, excellente annulation de bruits sur le micro, bluffant lors des confcall en environnement bruyant. En revanche, n’est pas fait pour les mélomanes au niveau de la qualité du son sur le casque, la musique est correct toutefois.

I really like these headphones. The sound quality from both the speakers and the microphone is crystal clear. Even when I’m in the same room with others having conversations, people on the phone can’t hear them, thanks to the three microphones contributing to the noise cancellation. Although people can hear my dog barking in the background, I would have been very impressed if that didn’t make it through.I spend 3-4 hours per day on Teams conference calls and use the Teams version of these headphones. I’ve had headphones with mute buttons before, but none that integrated with Teams. This integration allows me to walk away from my PC while on mute and quickly unmute myself by lowering the microphone boom.
