Very Good Headset, esp. for the price!
Very good headset. The microphone is very clear. It blocks out background noise very well. Even with my computer audio blasting on my studio monitors my voice is still completely clear on Zoom call, and no music cutting in the video call. The speakers are pretty good, and being hybrid over-ear/on-ear, it’s pretty comfortable and blocks out background noise pretty well.# my personal preference is over-ear setup, and these are a hybrid on-ear/over-ear, and good enough. Speakers could be a little bigger. Cushion is comfortable and cleanable.

Good Quality
Initially, I could not hear the audio when plugging the Yealink headphones into the headphone jack or using the YHC20. Eventually, I discovered the same problem with other hearing devices from different companies. I realized at that point that the problem was not the headphones but something I needed to do with my computer. After much Googling to find a solution and questions to the Yealink support, I found the solution on Driver Easy. The problem was with the latest updates on my computer using Windows 11. Before the latest updates, I could simply plug into my headphone jack to hear the audio. Now I need to click on the speaker icon in the taskbar, which opened up a task box with the name of the Yealink headphone. Once I clicked on the name, I could hear the audio using the 3.5 pin or the YHC20. GEEEZ!! With this fix, I am enjoying the headphones, the sound quality is good, and the ear pads are very comfortable. Yealink was very responsive in attempting to help me solve the audio issue.

Fits very nicely
This headset is very comfortable to wear. It does not impinge on the ear nor is it tight on the top of my head. It is very adjustable. The ear cuff is very soft and fits close to the ear which allows maximum sound. The mic is moveable. This headset paired easily to my computer. It does have mute, volume up and down buttons as well.

Noise Cancelling
If you work at home, have a family and are in a budget. GET THESE!! I have been working from home going on 4 years and have always just used the headset the company supplies which suck. I put some coins aside did a lot of research YouTube, Google etc. The headset advisor help so much in my decision. I also factored in headset requirements when working from home so the wired and wireless option is perfect. It is a lot I can go on about these comfort, durability, teams friendly etc.One con is, when you connect to PC via BT you can’t use the cool features such as teams lift mute and answer a call either, So keep that in mind. But overall cancels out noise of family in home, TV, phones, etc we don’t have pets so idk about that. Affordable and great quality.

Best headphones for the price for working remotely!
Very good pair of mid-grade headphones (I paid $73). I can work remotely in noisy coffee shops and the person I’m talking to can hear me beautifully – they often don’t even know I’m in a coffee shop! The downside is that while the sound quality going into the headphones is clear, the volume doesn’t get very high, so in that same noisy coffee shop it can be hard for me to hear the speaker sometimes. I may consider paying more next time to get two-way noise cancellation so I can hear them as well as they can hear me. But it hasn’t caused any major problems so far – it’s just an inconvenience.

Just not sure
I’m not sure how long these should last. My last head set lasted for years. This one did last about 2 years until what I can assume is the mic went out. No one could no longer hear me on my Teams and Zoom calls. My day is probably 50% calls and 50% admin – so just expected it to last longer but maybe that’s the normal life expectancy

It Actually Works!
Very skeptical about $80 backgtound noise cancellation headphones, But it actually works. I recorded YouTube videos with toddler playing and my wife cooking in the kitchen and they wore both completely cancelled out on the audio. My wife even came next to me to talk to me and the audio did not catch her voice only mine. Ensure you plug it into a computer first and update the drivers on the website it gives you. On advance setting you can change the environment to loud.

I started out loving this. It was perfect for work, Easy to control, and had excellent sound quality. There were a few hiccups with it connecting but nothing major. Until recently! After using this headset for the last 8 months it just stopped working without any warning. I would say skip this headset and find one of better quality for your money. I’m so disappointed

I purchased a Yealink UH37 Professional USB Headset with Microphone for PC Laptop on the 2nd Jan 2024. Until 29th Jan the headset was working perfectly and would have warranted a 5 star rating. On the 29th the headphones did not power up (busylight not on around the answer or end call button) and failed to work. There has been no damage to the headphones (note left on desk overnight in unoccupied room), I have tried removing and uninstalling the yealink app, different USB ports and another PC, again still dead.Tried to a couple of times to contact seller but no response (seems to be a theme maybe headset and seller related to Dodo’s)

This is one of the best Noise cancellation headphones for the price.1. Microphone quality is very good with absolutely amazing noise cancellation.2. Speaker is good and offers very comfortable noise cancellation.3.good quality est cushions.4. MS teams supportive features.5. Dual device connectivity support.Would be great if it would have offered wired as well as wireless/ Bluetooth support to the laptop/computer

Me gustó que pude conectar un adaptador de USB A a USB C para poder conectarla a mi celular Android. Funciona perfecto en mi windows 11. Me gustó que al bajar y subir el micrófono, se quite y se pone el mute de forma automática. Lo que no me gustó es que después de 2 horas de uso, mis orejas me duelen. Fuera de eso buen producto.
