Dual noise-cancelling microphones:Professional-grade dual-microphone array. Noise reduction is better than single-microphone headsets, blocking keyboard/vocal noise. The dual-microphone system can intelligently filter background noise to ensure that the sound remains clear even in noisy environments.
High-resolution 35mm audio driver:Wired headphones with microphone for 35mm high-fidelity speakers, frequency range 20Hz-20KHz. Automatic equalization technology switches between call/music modes to achieve a balanced sound experience for meetings, work, and entertainment.
All-day comfort wea:5.7 oz lightweight frame & larger ear pads (compared with other headsets). Ergonomic design provides 12 hours of comfort. Rotatable ear cups fit 99% of head shapes.
Smart office control:One-touch mute (lift the microphone boom or press the mute button on the line control). The line control can adjust the volume, switch to answer or mute, and the line length of 2.15m USB-C/A adapter is included to ensure instant connection to laptops, PC, or computer. Wide compatibility with UC platforms, Zoom, and Google. No driver required.
Busy indicator & bilateral wear:The single-sided red busy indicator will automatically turn red during a call to reduce external interference. The microphone rod can be rotated 280 degrees, without distinguishing between left and right ears, and can be worn on both sides.

Solid
Purchased several headsets for a new remote position. This was the only headset that checked all the boxes. I have several that were 4x the price and still not as high quality.

These work ok, mic works well, fairly comfortable, resilient build. The cable sucks and the mute tone is annoying, I would rather accidentally be muted than have it go on repeat when I’m trying to block out background noise. The app on windows doesn’t appear to work on my computer.

I’ve had multiple Yealink products now – and like the rest this has not let me down!
As a work-from-homer for over a decade now – I’ve been on every kind of meeting you can imagine now. I’m currently a heavy Teams user, and Zoiper is our VoIP app of choice. This headset works great with both – the software is a bit tricky, and even if it doesn’t say so, I highly recommend a post-install reboot. Also note – they have plug ins for specific VoIP software vendors, make sure to install the plug in specific to your software. The sound quality is great, as is the clarity – everyone is crystal clear on both voip calls and teams meetings. The size is fine – they aren’t too big or clunky (I used a gaming headset for a while, and this is way more comfortable for long meetings).Overall these are a great value – the USBc/USBa cable ends are nice so that you can ensure compatibility with newer laptops that may not have the older ports.I love the physical buttons – being able to mute, adjust volume and answer calls without having to touch my PC.My biggest and only complaint would be the “muted” voice sound when muting/unmuting – I don’t currently see a setting to turn this off, but would love to be able to do so, or at the very least change it to a tone.Overall I’d highly recommend these to any one that spends any amount of time on the phone – there are days where I only answer a few calls, and days where I’m in 6+ hours of meetings – and these work great for either case!

It really does the job and grateful as it helps my aging father.

Honestly, I’m not sure how to balance this thing on my head. The tiny four-page quick start guide doesn’t show how to best use the oval slot that replaces the other earpiece. And yes, this headset has only a single earpiece, despite most product pictures showing a two-earpiece headset. I had to resort to sliding the top of my ear into the slot with my two hands, otherwise the single actual earpiece would droop down and fall off. With the ear inside the slot, it’s uncomfortable and starts to be painful within less than an hour. And if I ever have to take the headset off, I have to set up my ear again. There’s no winning here. This is either me doing things wrong or a design issue with the single-earpiece headset, and I can’t tell which it is. However, one aspect of the single-earpiece version that can be positive is that you can hear your surroundings on the other ear. In a noisy environment, that can be a huge disadvantage instead. The cable hisses majorly if it contacts anything, like your skin or a shirt. In the middle of it is a command centre with a quick mute button (which is unavailable and shows red if the boom is up, but otherwise acts the same as raising the microphone boom, such that if you mute using the button then raise and lower the boom, you’re unmuted again), Teams call and hang up buttons, as well as volume + and – buttons which send a highly variable number of volume commands to the host, in my experience anywhere between 1 and 6 per single press (this could be dangerous if the volume raising command is sent 6 times in a row). At the end is a USB Type C plug with a Type C to Type A adapter if you need it. If you don’t, the adapter part can be slid away from the Type C connector while staying on the cable so it doesn’t block the port too much. All of this comes in a fabric carrying bag, which is nice for travel. The headset sends out voice prompts in English when recording starts and you don’t have the microphone boom down (“Lower the microphone to unmute”) or when muting or unmuting (“Muted” and “Unmuted” respectively). When pressing the mute button, that is augmented with a beep. Prompts are overlaid onto any playing audio rather than ducking (temporarily lowering the volume) or cutting off the audio, which I like.Audio quality, both for playback and recording, is great. Bass is well reproduced, so you can hear men talk just as well as women, and you may have to raise the volume on the single-earpiece version to hear things well. Music is also nice to play on these between calls, though music with high stereo separation may not sound great.Aside from the single earpiece design, I like this headset a lot.

Très bon casque dans l’ensemble. Je porte des lunettes et ce type de casque me fait souvent mal mais celuis-ci ne devient pas inconfortable après 3h.

This is one of the best and most comofrtable headsets I have used. The build quality is excellent. There is excellent adjustment in the headband and earcups. The headband is also very well padded and comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. The audio quality is good but you won’t be amazed by the quality when listening to music or a movie. This is incredibly well optimized for speech and communications. That goes for both the speakers and of course the microphone. The speakers/ear cups do an OK job of noise isolation. But if you have someone 5 feet from you, you will still hear them. The noise isolaton on the microphone is excellent though. Low background noise is completely gone and even people speaking near you is normally cut out as well. The thing I like most about these is the value. For the features, build quality, and performance at under $100 I consider this to be quite a good value. Even compared against headsets that are more expensive these perform just as well and I find to be even more comfortable.Overall, I am very impressed by these. I am most likely going to buy another pair to use at home.

Although this is a wired headset, you need Bluetooth enabled for it to work. This is not a true hardwired headset. Misleading.
