Solved Multiple Connectivity Needs — Great for Dual Monitors and PD Charging
I’m genuinely impressed with this MCY USB-C Hub. It’s resolved several of my requirements flawlessly. I’m using it with a new Dell 4K monitor and an older 27″ Dell monitor, both connected via HDMI, and it handles them beautifully. The dual HDMI ports make setup straightforward with clear, stable output.I use the PD port to charge my HP EliteBook (Thunderbolt 4), and it delivers reliable power without any hiccups. Data transfer speeds are fast, and having access to SD/TF slots and Ethernet is a huge plus.💡 One suggestion: If it included a DisplayPort along with HDMI, it would’ve been perfect—I could’ve tapped into the DisplayPort on my 4K monitor for even more flexibility. Very Powerful – I’m seriously impressed!
Over the years I’ve used a good 4 or 5 different USB-C hubs. This is definitely my favorite so far, and IMHO is even significantly more capable than Anker’s 555 USB-C hub.It’s super portable and smaller than the Anker 555, which is especially impressive given the functionality it crams in. Though the size isn’t super relevant to me as I’m using it as a docking station for my laptop, where it is concurrently handling:- two monitors at 1600p and 1440p-HDR, (at 100hz and 120hz refresh rates, respectively),- an 1Gb ethernet connection,- mouse input,- keyboard input,- and (not pictured) an audio interface,- all while charging my laptop (max 65W).I opted for the blue finish. I was kinda worried it would feel plasticky but it’s actually some sort of brushed aluminum, which has a premium look about it and feels very rugged.However, perhaps the most important factor is reliability. I’ve had tons of issues over the years from cheap USB-C hubs which cut out intermittently, or can’t seem to run everything concurrently. On the flip side, some more expensive docking stations require third party drivers in order to run multiple displays. I’m very impressed that there seems to be none of that here. No issues with devices fighting for bandwidth, and no hassle having to figure out drivers!Overall, I’ve found this to be a shockingly capable usb-c hub! I would recommend.

Solid USB-C hub that handles my dual monitor setup without issues. Running two 4K displays and charging my laptop simultaneously with no problems.All the ports work as expected – HDMI outputs are stable, USB ports handle my peripherals fine, and the card readers do their job. Setup was plug-and-play on my MacBook.Gets a bit warm during heavy use but nothing concerning. The aluminum build feels decent and the cable length is practical. Ethernet connection is reliable when I need it.Good port selection for the price point. Does exactly what I needed it to do without any headaches.Recommended if you need a reliable hub with dual HDMI and plenty of ports.

Great device but does not work for HP ProBook
This is a great device for a great price but it does not work with HP Probook.Giving it 4 stars because it works fantastic for my Dell and Lenovo devices but it is not a universal dock.It ONLY has 1 SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 5Gbps signaling rate port which does NOT support Alt mode nor Power Delivery.You can NOT use it to Charge your machine.Connect to an external monitor with/without hub/dock/adapter

New multitasker
Picked this up to connect my laptop to my monitor while also giving me plenty of extra usb ports. I tested every port except for the ethernet and it all works well. I did notice that this thing gets pretty hot when I had two monitors connected so I would just be wary of that. It did cause some lag but it didn’t last to long. I also liked that it had a metal enclosure instead of the typical plastic so it feels durable. It’s also light so pretty easy to travel with for work.

This hub is GREAT – BETTER THAN ANKER!!!!!
Very pleased with this hub – it works PERFECTLY, and BETTER THAN ANKER!!! I have had issues with Anker hubs where USB-C to USB-C would not work for Samsung Solid State external hard drives (Anker software issue), however when plugged into this hub — THEY WORK!!!! All ports work, and drives and devices mount INSTANTLY. One thing to note that, as advertised, the two HDMI ports will only MIRROR each other, they will not support split screen for MAC. Very pleased with this hub. It also appears to support most features and hard drives when not powered, but need to experiment more regarding.
