Virsital, Comfortable and it sounds GREAT!
Very comfortable and the functionality is great as well. I am working from home and had been using a Jabra wired headset that kept me attached to the desk. This Yealink headset offers me a great deal more freedom. I am connecting the headset with my desktop PC via USB to the charging stand and also am able to connect via Bluetooth to my tablet. Using a soft phone app on my PC I am then able to make and receive calls, the headset notifies me of incoming calls, reminds me to lower the mic and tells me when the microphone is muted. The charging stand also has a ringer which allows me to be notified of calls even if I have removed the headset for some reason. As mentioned the headset is comfortable and light enough that it is a joy to wear. We also use teams and the teams button on the charging stand will bring Teams to the top of my desktop allowing me to more easily access the program. By the way, did I already say the audio quality is great!

Great range!
Worked great! I bought this to replace a Bluetooth headset that had a very limited range. The day after I got it, I had to attend an 8-hour virtual training session. Not only was the headset comfortable, it also had enough range that I was able to get up and move around the house, go out to the mailbox to check the mail, and even mow the front and side yards without missing any of the training.

This headset is the most comfortable I’ve ever used. It paired immediately with my desktop Bluetooth phone and the clarity is fantastic-no static or lost calls.

High-end features, low-end price
So far this headset has been great. It has features and functionality comparable to units that cost several times more.It is comfortable to wear and can be worn with the mic on either side of the head.Battery life has been more than adequate for my usage (light-medium daily usage).The sound quality works for me (I’m no audiophile)I’ve had no compatibility issues with windows products.I cannot yet speak to its longevity, but so far it seems like quality.

Troubleshooting got it working with Teams
Its definitely a nice long range DECT headset. My last bluetooth headset (Plantronics) only reached about 50 feet. With this DECT one I can walk next door. Microphone can be muted or unmuted by raising or lowering the mic boom or pressing the mute button. I am not an audiophile but I like nice speakers and the sound quality listening to music over bluetooth on these is better than expected for on-the-ear headphones without noise cancelling (good bass, clear vocals). However, in an office environment anyone near you will be able to hear the music you’re listening to. The noise cancelling on the mic (cancels background noise in your room) is very powerful but can sometimes still pick up sounds right in front of you. They claim compatibility with Teams. I am updating this review because after an entire day of troubleshooting I DID manage to get it to work with Teams, but it definitely was not “plug-and-play” for me. Plan to reboot your PC many times. It looks like if you travel you can leave the desk cradle at home and just use it like a bluetooth headset. I would appreciate an over-the-ear headphone option with active noise cancelling like my old headset, but that doesnt seem to be offered in the DECT space. These are soft and comfortable to wear, but if I look down they fall off my head.

I work from home and this is the best headset I have found! Between my husband being in the same room as me watching tv, kits being home from school running around, dogs barking, CUSTOMERS HEAR NOTHING. Definitely recommend.
